There is an antecedent from the very unpopular Ventura. How many times has he claimed to have change only to prove the contrary? We need more than just words and an apology to be sure that someone has had a change of heart and can be redeemed from past actions

Well, I mean, if it makes things any better I've conducted myself properly in IOC.

And please don't compare me to Ventura. That's an affront to my basic dignity, being compared to a real life criminal who openly admitted to assaulting someone and continuously ban evaded after being banned by NS moderators. The worst crime I've committed is apparently jaywalking, which is a misdemeanour in the county that I live in.

If i'm not mistaken NG was banned for flaming repeatedly after losing the PM election, but I don't think we can legally ban someone for witholding the map code. How many times was he warned for flaming?

That being said, if we use precedent from other regions, then NG has certainly improved himself since October.

It was a permanent ban and I didn't have nearly enough to warrant that. I believe I had two warns in total, though it could be a few more, still far below the twelve needed for a permaban.

It's technically a crime, but it's practically never actually enforced in a majority of places, at least AFAIK here in the States. As long as you're not being monitored by a cop and you're not walking out into rush hour traffic or a highway or something, nobody really cares.

I learned that technically it only really exists for insurance reasons. if you get hit jaywalking you're basically cooked.

Therefore I think it's fair to unban him at this point. he was banned without a trial, and he was banned without even receiving any official warnings. And he is nothing like Ventura in my opinion.

Alright then, I think we're done here.

I have accepted North Goguryeo's appeal to his ban. It is clear that he feels deep remorse for his actions and his behavior has improved through his actions as a longtime roleplay in the Institute of Cellulose, especially since his ban was over 200 days ago.
