Libriano works closely and often with NATO, but is not keen on joining it and it won't join NATO. Libriano is a close associate of NATO (It works for us well we are practically one or two nations away from mainland US and we aren't that far away from China and Japan. Libby is considered Asioceanic though it could be considered Oceanoamerican. Either way the population is more on the Asian side mixed with Native American population), but if a war would break down Article 5 wouldn't work on us. Why I bring this up? Cause Libriano joined in similarly to how Article 5 would work on the War on Terrorism. We don't take terrorism lightly.
