Accents doesnt translate into text form. A scouser will type based on the internet slang he is used to, not based on how he speaks irl.
Thats why you cant guess the accents of people solely by how they type.

Here in Dublin we talk mostly normally except for “ what’s the craic”. Yeah it seems like a lot of stereotypes.
