2. Does it follow the rules (so you need to understand the rule)

If you can't understand the rule, then it's very likely that you gonna break the rule at some point

Same here, some other people i know have also recieved tg's of similar variety (There are 2 versions now, 3 in totsl!) Most likely, moderation is busy (irl or other), and can't look at this currently.
