Spain is currently experiencing severe traffic congestion across key roadways, impacting transportation efficiency and daily commuters. Traffic in Spain has increased by 18% since the last year.
Below is a summary of the main issues and the solutions being implemented to resolve them:
Current Challenges:
1. AP-7 (Mediterranean Motorway): Maintenance work and lane closures are causing heavy congestion, especially near Valencia and the French border.
2. C-35 (Catalonia): Re-routing and construction have led to significant delays in areas such as Blanes and Maçanet de la Selva.
3. N-260 (Pyrenees): Landslides and infrastructure repairs have restricted access along this route.
4. A-3 (Madrid-Valencia): Traffic surges and storm damage have worsened congestion on this vital commuter link.
Solutions Implemented:
Infrastructure Upgrades: Expansion and maintenance of critical roadways, including the AP-7, to improve capacity.
Alternative Routes: Temporary diversions to alleviate pressure on congested roads. Public Transport Development: Restoration and expansion of Valencia’s tram and metro services to reduce reliance on road travel.
Dynamic Traffic Systems: The Directorate-General for Traffic (DGT) provides real-time updates and alternative route suggestions.
Strict Enforcement: Increased fines and penalties for unsafe driving behaviors, such as using mobile phones while in traffic.
These measures aim to address both immediate disruptions and long-term traffic concerns across Spain.

In order to regulate tourists and ensure that they remain responsible towards the sustainability of Alpia's environment, society, and economy, the government has announced that each tourist over the age of 18 must sign a Tourism Sustainability Pledge which would hold them responsible and open to charges if they conduct any misdemenour towards the sustainability of Alpia's environment, society, or economy. For those tourists under the age of 18, their parent or guardian must sign it on behalf of them.
There will also be a Tourism Sustainability Tax where all tourists above the age of 18 must pay a tax of $10 per day to the government. The money collected from this new tax will then be used to support sustainability measures and infrastructure projects across the country. This tax will only apply to those individuals who are visiting Alpia for more than 1 day (will stay the night). If tourists stay more than 2 nights in Alpia then the tax will be cancelled.
The Akzvorian Government and the Akzvorian Military has been making a new ranking system. T-1 is for militia or conscript or low ranking soldiers like Private and Private First Class, T-2 is for regular soldiers, And T-3 is for Elite Units like the Syrian Republican Guard, Akzvorian Death Guard and the Iraqi Republican Guard.
[Image will be placed in Akzvorian New Ranking System Factbook.]

You must be a citizen of Africa to be included in the map, to become a regional citizen please read here.
Rule (2)
If the land you want is already claimed, you can still apply for that land. If the nation who originally owns the land leaves the RP or CTE's, it will be provided to you - this may take time. If the land you want is owned on the map by another, it does not exclude you from RP.
Rule (3)
After first joining the RP, you must make a post in 3 days to remain on the map. If you are then inactive in RP for 30 days and do not state otherwise, your country will be removed from the map. If a nation who consents to war goes inactive, and is under attack, the attacking nations can continue their war (the inactive nation will act like an NPC and will be controlled by the Roleplay Team).
Rule (4)
This map is designed for countries active in RP, countries on the map which are not part of RP will be removed to allow other countries access.
Rule (5)
Any war (military, rebellious, or terrorist)/fight against another Nation's territory must have that Nations consent. This also includes RP into another nation, it must have that nations consent.
Rule (6)
Do not telegram Transvaall, and Bro Kinaba, or other admins, concerning this map for when "pins" require moving, military "pins" will be moved when RP of them moving is done through the Regional Message Board. The "pins" will then be moved according to your RP.
Rule (7)
For Territory that is not owned by any other nation, it is not open for colonisation/conquest, this includes islands. This is to stop nations from roleplaying the "settling of all North America" or marching their army into unowned land. The desired territory of your country is requested through the map application.
Rule (8)
Nations cannot buy, trade, give, receive, or sell land to another nation. The admin team can allow an exception.
Rule (9)
Nuclear weapons are allowed in the RP, and nations may develop them and utilise them in war. Nuclear weapons cannot be traded/sold/given/exchanged between nations.
The admin team may overrule and void a nuclear weapons use for the following reasons:
(a) Occurs with little-to-no escalation by both sides leading up to the strike. (b) Would entirely knock one player out of the game with no means for retaliation. (c) Brings the overarching narrative to an abrupt or unsatisfying halt.
Rule (10)
All RP posts must be written in English, or provide an English translation to accompany parts of an RMB message written in another language.
Rule (11)
Any post that involves economy information, as shown in the Roleplay Factbook (Non-aggression pacts, trade treaties, sanctions, etc), must include: Lower Nubia on the post to be counted as part of a nations economy information on the 1st of each month.
Minor Rules and Rule Notes
These are to provide official clarification for new nations who join the region on certain things like initial economy size and military information.
1) Regional Admins cannot be unmapped even if they don’t RP for more than 30 days, to provide RP consistency and reward for supporting the region.
2) China, Russia, USA applications are only accepted for experienced role players, with a vote held by the Roleplay Team on an application, with the right to reject any application.
3) Your starting military equipment is the same as the nations (or land) in your map claim (you’re free to buy, sell, gain new equipment as you RP), and if only part of a country is claimed then the equipment you start with will be proportional to the population of the claimed land against the total nations population. So if you only claim London, the population of London, 8 million, against the UK population of 67 million is 8/67 = 11%, so you would gain 11% of the UK's military equipment (rounded down).
4) Your starting economy is the same as the nations/land you claim in your map application. Nations can appeal to have their economy be different up to 30% under specific circumstances, please telegram the Roleplay Team (Mesothallania, Transvaall, Bro Kinaba) for more info.
5) Secret/classified RP should be done using the term Classified in bold in the post or spoiler tags. i.e. [ spoiler=classified]text here[ /spoiler]

Declaration of Liberation Efforts in Huambo, Angola
To the People of the Aurarian Empire,
Today, the Aurarian liberation front ALF takes a decisive step in our movement to restore true sovereignty and dignity to the people of the empire. As part of our efforts, we have begun to occupy neighborhoods in the city of Huambo, Angola, a symbolic region that represents the resilience and strength of our cause.
This action is not one of chaos but of purpose. We stand for the ideals of a fair and just government—a kingdom for the people, where power is not concentrated in the hands of the few but shared by all Aurarians. The empire, with its iron grip, has suffocated the will of the people, turning away from its noble roots as a kingdom.
Our efforts in Huambo aim to:
1. Create a Beacon of Change: Huambo will become the heart of our movement, a place where the people can rally for justice and equality.
2. Expose the Empire’s Tyranny: By reclaiming neighborhoods, we shine a light on the neglect and oppression that the empire has imposed on its citizens.
3. Unite the People: Our occupation is not against the people but for them. We call upon the citizens of Huambo and beyond to join us in this righteous cause.
We are fully aware that the imperial government will seek to paint us as rebels and criminals. Yet, we act not out of hatred but out of love for the Aurarian people and their right to live free from oppression.
To the emperor and his council Lunar sand : Your time of unquestioned rule is ending. The people demand a return to their rightful voice, to a system where they are heard, respected, and empowered. Your forces may come, but know that our spirit cannot be extinguished.
To our fellow Aurarians: This is your movement, your fight, and your future. Stand with us as we reclaim the kingdom and build a nation truly for the people. Together, we will forge a path to a brighter tomorrow.

PRE-MATCH ATMOSPHERE
The packed stands at Ellis Park set the stage for an electrifying encounter. The Springboks, led by captain Siya Kolisi, were confident but cautious, knowing the Winter Soldiers had shown flashes of brilliance in prior matches. With iconic players like Cheslin Kolbe and Damian de Allende in the lineup, the Boks aimed to assert dominance from the first whistle.
On the other side, the Winter Soldiers arrived determined to test themselves against one of rugby’s giants. Their coach, Mikhail Danilovich, promised a fierce contest.
FIRST HALF
3rd Minute – PENALTY CONCEDED (Springboks): Duane Vermeulen got caught infringing at the breakdown, failing to roll away in time. The penalty allowed the Winter Soldiers to kick deep into Springbok territory, briefly giving them momentum.
7th Minute – LINE BREAK (Winter Soldiers): Runide Pohjanpalo dazzled the crowd with a slick sidestep and acceleration, breaking through the Springbok defense and advancing 30 meters before being brought down by Willie le Roux. The crowd buzzed, sensing the Winter Soldiers might have the spark to challenge their opponents.
10th Minute – RED CARD (Springboks): Eben Etzebeth, often praised for his aggression, went too far with a reckless shoulder charge at a ruck. The referee consulted the TMO and, after reviewing the footage, issued a straight red card. This was a massive blow for the Springboks, reducing them to 14 men for the rest of the match.
15th Minute – SKILLFUL PLAY (Springboks): Cheslin Kolbe lit up the field with a sensational sidestep, cutting through two defenders with ease. His perfectly timed offload to Damian de Allende created an overlap, and the Boks surged toward the try line before being tackled just short.
18th Minute – TRY (Springboks): After relentless pressure, Kurt-Lee Arendse found himself in space on the right wing. Receiving a long, looping pass from Manie Libbok, Arendse turned on the afterburners to dive over in the corner. Libbok nailed the conversion from the sideline. Springboks 7 - 0 Winter Soldiers
22nd Minute – OFFSIDE (Winter Soldiers): The Winter Soldiers’ eagerness to shut down the Springboks’ attack backfired, with Joqer Mëdäal caught offside. The penalty allowed the Boks to kick for territory and launch another attack.
27th Minute – SCRUM WIN (Springboks): Despite being a man down, the Springbok forward pack dominated the scrum. Ox Nché, with incredible strength, drove his opposite number back, earning cheers from the home crowd and reminding the Winter Soldiers of the Boks’ physicality.
30th Minute – SKILLFUL PLAY (Winter Soldiers): Tuis Hajradinović delivered a beautiful one-handed offload while being tackled, keeping the ball alive and initiating a quick counterattack. Though the move didn’t result in points, it showcased the Winter Soldiers’ creativity.
35th Minute – TRY (Springboks): A textbook rolling maul from the Springbok pack proved unstoppable. Pieter-Steph du Toit emerged from the pile of bodies with the ball in hand, grounding it for their second try. Libbok added the extras. Springboks 14 - 0 Winter Soldiers
SECOND HALF: 41st Minute – MISSED TACKLE (Springboks): Kristof Adël broke through the Springbok line after Franco Mostert failed to complete his tackle. Adël sprinted 20 meters before being tackled by Faf de Klerk, giving the Winter Soldiers an early chance to strike back.
44th Minute – TRY (Winter Soldiers): The Winter Soldiers capitalized on their field position. Joel Sänta peeled off a driving maul to cross the try line. Lyndon Kapäarel slotted the conversion to narrow the gap. Springboks 14 - 7 Winter Soldiers
48th Minute – PENALTY CONCEDED (Winter Soldiers): Demyan Iskov was penalized for not releasing the ball in the tackle, halting the Winter Soldiers’ momentum. The Springboks kicked for the corner, setting up a lineout.
50th Minute – TRY (Springboks): Siya Kolisi received the ball off the back of the maul and charged forward like a freight train. He smashed through two defenders to score, igniting the crowd. Libbok’s conversion sailed through. Springboks 21 - 7 Winter Soldiers
57th Minute TRY (Springboks): Makazole Mapimpi, freshly subbed on, displayed his trademark speed and precision, finishing off a sweeping backline move. Libbok’s reliable boot added another two points. Springboks 28 - 7 Winter Soldiers
65th Minute – TRY (Springboks): RG Snyman, using his towering frame, drove over the line from close range after the Springboks opted for a quick tap penalty. Libbok converted to widen the gap. Springboks 35 - 7 Winter Soldiers
72nd Minute – TRY (Springboks): Willie le Roux’s perfectly weighted grubber kick allowed Cheslin Kolbe to gather and dot down for his first try of the game. The accuracy of the play left commentators in awe. Springboks 42 - 7 Winter Soldiers
80th Minute – FINAL TRY (Springboks): As the clock ticked down, Kurt-Lee Arendse intercepted a loose pass from the Winter Soldiers, sprinting half the length of the field to score under the posts. Libbok’s final conversion sealed the win. Springboks 63 - 7 Winter Soldiers
POST-MATCH ANALYSIS
Springboks:Ruthless but Undisciplined Despite losing Etzebeth early on, the Springboks maintained their composure and delivered an attacking masterclass. Cheslin Kolbe and Kurt-Lee Arendse were standout performers, combining pace and creativity to unlock the Winter Soldiers' defense repeatedly. However, the two red cards and unnecessary penalties will be areas of concern for Coach Jacques Nienaber.
Winter Soldiers:Flashes of Brilliance While outclassed on the scoreboard, the Winter Soldiers showed promise with moments of individual brilliance. Pohjanpalo’s line break and Hajradinović’s offload highlighted their attacking potential. However, basic errors like dropped passes and poor discipline cost them any chance of staying competitive.
OOC: sorry if this seems rushed and or a little lacking in quality however i was in a very big rush.
