| The Confederacy of Hammerford | PRISON VAN CRASHES, GUNFIRE EXCHANGED IN SANTIAGO At 8:25 AM, an armored prisoner carrier was driving through the Metropolitana district of Santiago, convoying around 9 Vigoan cartel members serving life. A few minutes later, the carrier crashed into the La Palapa restaurant, and Vigoan cartel members arrived and started firing at the civillians in the restaurant. 6 civillians were killed, and the Vigoan cartel members rescued the prisoners.
