Citizenship is a way of familiarizing Nations with the culture, history, and rules of the region - it is not a requirement for roleplaying, but it will help nations know some of the Regional Message Board Rules. The test is intended to help people learn about the region, it's not supposed to be demanding or tough - but helpful. In what is highly considered police brutality and a racist hate crime, muslims from Middle Eastern, North African, Balkan and even Norwegian backgrounds are starting to violently protest for the rights of Scandinavian Muslims.
