Okay, I actually have very little issue with this 2nd section, except for the term Luxite. What is a luxiteship? I would revert it back to citizenship. Infact that goes for the entire Constitution. There is citizen, resident, lucite, plebiscite, denezin... what are all these? We dont need 5 different ways to call a nation a nation.
Standardizing the term back to citizen or nation is good enough and a lot less confusing, in my opinion.

Thoughts or other changes?

I think the term resident should be used when that nation hasn't gone through the process of citizenship. But I agree that having a handful of ways to call a nation a nation is a bit troublesome and problematic. We should aim for cutting down on such things and streamline the entire constitution for ease of understanding.

Just set aside this constitution and start from scratch. I'd much rather it be that than see all of my work butchered. I'm sure the flag and the other imagery is next. It's not like working on any of it wasn't painstaking or anything.

Other than just reverting all these needless terms to just resident and Citizen, it doesn't need any changes to its existing structure, though If anyone thinks there should be additions that could be a topic of conversation.

The Meritocratic Republic of Zartavaria

I find it rich that no one could be found to do anything while I was founder. I honestly tried. Despite covid. Despite a broken wrist from a work-place accident. I did my best. As soon as I give it back, instantly, people are coming out of the woodwork. It makes me wonder if this wasn't by design. I'm given the region. Meanwhile, people are instructed behind the scenes not to lift a finger or do anything. And then when I've been sufficiently burned out, I'm asked to hand it back over. Then suddenly, the activity I could never achieve, flows forth like honey from the comb. No, I can't prove it. But, this behavior is not uncommon. I've seen it. Experienced it. And like always, impossible to prove, because it's everyone's word against yours.

It's not that you didn't try. You did. But citizens need leadership and with minimal leadership what are they going to do. Being a major player on the discord I believe that nations found it uninteresting and boring instead of what it's supposed to be. When they learned something was going to be done, they got excited and decided to return.

I can't help but agree. In my time here I have seen us go from about 100 or more nations to the low to mid-30s. Leadership is needed if one wishes people to be active here. However, what also matters is that we have a clear goal to aim for. The mess that was Covid-19 was something nobody could do anything about and as much fun as this game is that's what it is. A game. Our decline in 2020 could easily be explained by people simply losing interest in the game or moving somewhere else when it became clear this place was dying.

That isn't an attack on you Zartavaria nor is it an attack on anybody else here. It is just a fact. I at one point also consider the notion of simply moving away however I chose to remain because while it was true it was losing people it was also a place I had been in for over a year. Jumping ship at that time felt wrong. People need things to do and up until a few days ago, we didn't have much to do besides the daily issues.

I also agree.

On the topic of activity, if there is no activity, interest or commitment of the other Citizens/Residents here, what is one person to do, flood Abydos with puppets and hold conversations with him/herself? Thank you NO. I've been here a minimum of once a day since I returned to Abydos and will continue to do so,
