TWE. Even taking colonies batters him. You of all people know that ZH is willing to take things to an extreme in order to have his desired outcome. So a battle against him, even if it may result in him losing, will be full of heavy losses, and when ZH sees he cannot win, he will resort to suicide tactics. He will go to any means to win, or at least prevent you from getting good land. Scorched earth tactics, suicide maneuvers.. etc.

And? TWE has literally nothing to lose, a better trained army, and doesn’t care if a land has been under nuclear warfare for a millenia. We can survive any environment, these colonies, if nuked to shreds, would be like heaven for the wirean citizen.
