Meanwhile, 70% of non miners or factory workers has been relocated into doing those two in order to quickly gather raw materials.

A group of jets flew past, afterburners on, dropping tons of bombs on various enemy postions, scrambling them further. Over captured territory, the flags were torn down, from all sides except their own. And yet, as they push further in, the resistance gets fiercer, and they are eventually stopped and had to hold. But this was really minor in the grand scheme of things now, this was nothing more than a fight for a further bastion…
The Galactic American Imperium Just a few days prior, the parade and speech was held to commence their great victory over the rest. While the tide was ever changing, they now stood as the largest of them, with the most support and military firepower. But still, there was worry. The Commune had effectively secured the West Coast, including the population, economic, and military bastion of California, which originally had been fought over for years. More radical communists exist within their own isolated communities, drawn away from the rest. But the majority of the South had been captured, and they are preparing to cut the Commune in half, and if they shall make the first move...
The Galactic American Imperium Deep within the Commune's territory, debate raged on about the present threat, for they knew all that they fought for could be destroyed ever so easily. Their economic security was uncertain at best, immediate collapse at worst. Their factories, while still churning out great war materials rivaling the amount even by the Nationalists, they could not keep it on for much longer, unlike them, who seem only to be raring to go. They need to strike first- when they still held a even slight advantage, to possibly survive. And thus, after the '9 Hours of Disharmony', the order was given, and millions of the Commune's loyal troops pored into the buffer state that is simple anarchy. Within less than half a month, they would be met with Nationalist forces, furthering tensions as both sides prepared.
Defenses were quickly installed on both sides, with the largest armies ever mobilized by America present to that point. The Nationalists held air dominance, having access to mass produced F-22 Raptors, numbers nearing 2 thousand, while a modified version of the F-35, the F-35SN Lightning III, perhaps the most capable fifth generation multi-role fighter, were patrolling the skies in great numbers, while the Commune have hastily set up many coordinated air defense missile installations along captured territory, hidden in many environments. Their territory stretches the entirely of the West Coast, to half of Western Montana down to New Mexico, approaching on Texas. Not only that, but also New England, and the majority of New York and Pennsylvania. The Nationalists held complete dominance over the Middle United States, from Eastern Montana down to Eastern New Mexico all the way to Ohio and Florida. The only resistance there was minor factions that would soon be crushed. Only in the North East, the Virginias and Maryland stand independent, from both the Nationalists and Commune, with the Commune holding the rest upper North. Border clashes were extremely common, often resulting in hundreds of deaths, but it had not result in full blown conflict like it should be. But it was close enough. Each day, as ruined cities were repaired and rebuilt, as tanks and aircraft were built in sometimes still partially destroyed factories and new ones built, as time, an precious weapon, grows lesser.
