I luckily have pretty much all of the older games I played growing up that I enjoyed. I will submit two that I would love a remaster of though, just polished UI, graphics, and modability.

Might and Magic VI-VIII, althought VII in particular holds a special place in my heart.

And the second one is Dark Cloud.
