They are the least rude in Atlantis.
As far as the Usual Suspects go:
Madrocea is the most rude with Bettisia right behind. (I'm sur ea fart joke goes here- insert your own)
ElinTol is on page two; PC on page three; and Onyx on page four.
Then Lemming had to buck the trend and show up all the way back on page eight.
