Cameroi

cameroi is not big on cities either.

we have precisely three population centers large enough to be considered one.
these are our space port complex, our major university cluster, and last, though most centrally located, our government and convention location.

instead our vast majority of population lives in tiny (but technically advanced) villages, each within walking distance of at least one other,
each indipendently representing the consensus of its inhabitants and linked primarily by infrastructure of very small form factor public transportation.

the only reasons we even have a national government is to protect the rights of individuals to relocate
if their village gets too extreme for their happiness and comfort,
the health and diversity of their natural surroundings,
and a network of infrastructure which respects that while serving everyone.

also to facilitate positive interaction with with other governments.
actually we don't go out of our way to form such relationships,
but do everything in our power to keep such relationships peaceful and mutually bennificial.

it is the intersection between infrastructure and environment that is almost the whole of our focus.
though civil liberties and technological innovation are also sources of pride and gratification.

economics only applies to nature recycling itself and its bennifits
and greatness is meaningless.

our principal thoughts about a regional center would be the infrastructure to get there. by teleportation booth or single-ship, if we're in a hurry, or by surface rail, or other guideway based public transit, or grav-sled, when we want to enjoy the scenery.
