Aight, makes sense. But don't think you can escape scot-free from this. What happens when Calliope gets exposed to that shard is what happens to anything getting exposed to it. Though honestly, pure Ursian wrath combined with some sort of intelligence and crammed into the size of a person sounds terrifying.

Sakiria

OOC: To prevent confusion with the reigning king, the SNS Charles XIII will be renamed to either Regina Carolina, Frederick IX, Henri X, or Nikolai IV.

So...a little worldbuilding about each name:
- Regina Carolina was the crown princess of Sakiria from 1220-1250, with Henri IV as regent. Regina Carolina was born as Carolina Athenas I of Aren in Hetze on April 3, 1200. During her childhood, her old father Henri IV would serve as regent. Young Carolina did not enjoy typical things of her age, like wearing dresses and drinking tea. This was a girl, who loved hunting in the forest and playing swordfight with the boys. As the years went by, Carolina matured into a fine young woman as her father slowly began to succumb to dementia. However as her father was unable to sanely abdicate the crown, Carolina was forced to rule behind her father's back. Seeing this perceived weakness, the other kingdoms of Sakiria were more than ready to chew up poor Aren. After all, what can a princess and her sickly father do? But Carolina was no ordinary princess. She did not drink, she was not gullible, and she did not sleep around. She was infact a skilled (if naïve) reformer of her kingdom. But most of all, this was a woman who had trained and disciplined herself and her kingdom for one thing: war. The kingdom of Aren suddenly became aggressive despite 'supposedly' having a passive ruler, as the northern kingdom began to take province after province with brute force. First, Carolina aimed for her neighboring provinces. Ënne, Nortevänd, and Okhotnotan fell without much resistance. The Kingdoms of Cesar and Pallata looked at Aren with wary eyes. Carolina's most famous battle then came: The Battle of the Three Kingdoms. For three times, Carolina and Aren tangoed with Borr and Cesar on the battlefield. She managed to knock Borr out of battle, by forcing them to sign a treaty or else she sends her soldiers to burn their ships. As overseas trade was the lifeblood of Borr, they had no choice but to sign the treaty. Even then, it was no mere treaty. It was more like a contract permanently binding them to Aren. Denetos tried to intervene on the side of Cesar, but failed. Pallata stayed neutral during the whole conflict, leaving Cesar to suffer at the hands of the "Warrior Lioness from the North." Repeated confrontations, battles, and raids eventually wore both Aren and Cesar down, but Carolina refused to surrender. Not much is known about her death. She just...disappeared from history. Some say she died in a siege, others say she was assassinated. Killed by her own or killed by her foes, we may never know. On the battlefield, Carolina was known for her nearly inhuman tolerance to pain and stress, which was quite good as like any ruler of the time, she personally led her troops into battle. Outside of the battlefield however, Carolina was known to be troubled and shy, constantly worrying how things will go.

- Frederick IX was crown prince of Sakiria from 1581-1630...sort of. He was born as Frederick Hestion of Cesar on 1571, in the midst of the Sakirian Revolution. Him, the former Royal Family, and their Royal Guard were forced into hiding by the conflict until the Revolution passed by 1578. He was declared crown prince on 1581. At this time, his father George II was ruler...sort of. The Royal Family, the newly formed Parliament, and the Golden Dragon Resistance were all arguing with each other on how Sakiria should be governed. At the age of 25, Frederick began to have interest in politics as Sakiria was having a seizure just trying to decide it's government. Many of Sakirian Parliament's powers today come from Frederick, as he drafted numerous ideas for them and helped the monarchy get back on it's feet. Finally by 1616, the monarchy was restored and King George II reigned. His life was cut short by assassination in a gunfight on 1630, from anarchist John Ivery. Frederick was known to be lonely when he was young but as he aged, the young man soon opened up to the world and made many friends. He was known to be fickle and drink a lot, but he was very dutiful and hardworking. His more well-known name is Foxy Frederick, which was given from rumors that he slept around quite a lot. He had a son, Henri Hestion, who will be talked about below.

- Henri X was the crown prince of Sakiria from 1630-1667, and was nicknamed the "Prince of the Seven Seas." As soon as he was born, his parents wasted no time declaring him their heir. Henri was 12 years old when his father died. His mother Maria I (better known as Mary the Great) took power immediately after. Unlike other Sakirian regent-prince pairs, Mary and her son actually worked together. Both funded numerous expeditions, and both of them designed ships together. Atlantica, Pacificus, and East Siveria were all founded by them. Henri himself went on a few expeditions to those three colonies, and quickly gained some respect from the public. He was known for his friendly temperament and excellence in swordplay, though he smoked a lot and was known to get vain at times. He died on 1667 in the sinking of the HSMS Čadréntta, the largest loss of life at sea bar SMS Komadorski.

- Nikolai IV was the crown prince of Sakiria. Not much is known about him save for the fact he had written the Codex Nova, an old book detailing mysterious plants, animals and constellations never seen before.

TL;DR
Regina Carolina: LIBERA ET IMPERA!
Frederick IX: Do you want me to destroy that [EXPLETIVE] of yours like how I destroyed that debate?~
Henri X: I like big boats and I cannot lie.
Nikolai IV: book
While I was planning to ask you all for suggestions, I forgot to put that in my original post. So...any suggestions?

Winter Sea, The Ursian Empire

UES Leviathan went back to into the fog closer to Northern Ursia's shore. Nerux and the rest of the crew were still atop his ship while Orca was still getting used to sailing after being underwater for a hundred years. "What year is it by the way? I lost count only a few hours after," Orca asked. "It is 2022, Orca. It's been 101 years," Leviathan answered calmly. The girl almost proceeded to have a breakdown as the crew and Leviathan caught her from fainting. "So, so.... My entire crew. Is dead... No one was evacuated?" Orca asked. Leviathan shook his head for a no. Orca seemed to want to cry a bit. Leviathan took out his napkin and let her use it. Its been a hundred years of war and peace for him, for her it would be the most terrifying existence. Slowly decaying into nothing at the bottom of the ocean.

"C'mon, we need to go. As much as I trust people at their word, last time Ursia did that I lost part of my stern to Saint Adalbert. Damn ship didn't surrender," Leviathan explained to Orca. "We need to get out of here, Sakiria is definitely not gonna like us existing," he continued. Orca nodded her head and went on top of Leviathan's ship. "Full speed ahead captain?" Leviathan asked to Nerux, still a bit awestruck that the living breathing personification of Ursia's most legendary warship was right in front of him. "Full speed to Port Araz. The stationed army will be able to receive and defend you until further orders are released by High Command," Nerux ordered. Leviathan saluted as his ship came to life and dragged Orca's ship with him. He hoped they would arrive soon enough.

The generals of the military were having an emergency meeting, along with representatives of USOC. Acting General of Armor Harev was very disappointed with how USOC did its actions. General of Infantry Varel was also face palming his head considering the situation. Even General of the Aerospace Navy Malrev, the calmest out of the 3, has never felt more let down in his life. Garrus of course in the middle, pissed having to deal with another situation. "How did USOC fail so spectacularly bad at hiding the signature? We planned this from start to finish. Natalie Windwalker accomplished it well. What in Holy Bear's name have you done?" Garrus shouted at the table. The representatives turned their head in confusion as Garrus fumed.

"Here's a recording from Sakiria's communication lines," Garrus showed the recording on to the holographic table.

"Our fears have been confirmed, sir. The Ursian Empire has indeed stolen some of our Valkyr Shards. "High Command, I am submitting a request to send in Task Forces "Nine-Tailed Foxes" and "Barghest Borealis" to coordinates ███-███-███."

"Request accepted. We're going to have to trap those two in so Sakiria can keep it's edge on the battlefield and stop The Ursian Empire from producing more of those impostors."

"What the hell, USOC," Garrus shouted. The USOC representative raised his hand. "Everything was going normal as expected. However there was a minor accident involving an Ambusher getting seasick and breaking the containment..." the representative was silenced by Varel. "You're telling me its my troops fault? Who was it who made such a faulty containment facility anyways?" Varel asked. Harev slammed his fist into the table, "I did, but if it wasn't for your troops faulty discipline, this wouldn't happen," he argued as Varel sneered at him. Garrus sighed, he shouldn't have made Harev his replacement for the General of Armor. It only worsened the rivalry between those two. Thankfully Malrev pulsed the room with his staff, making everyone silent.

"There is no use arguing. We cannot reverse this as much as we want to. Even if we did have the energy resources to reverse this in a Reversal Operation, it would go against Holy Bear's decrees. Leviathan and Orca are now Ursian citizens, that could be agreed upon?" Malrev asked. The room generally agreed. Practically no opposition was made. "As such, we do the normal maneuvers in protecting them since they are Ursian citizens. Varel, you will hold the fort for now with your infantry in Northern Ursia. Harev, bring your tanks to the sea. In the case things go hot, I'm expecting you to hold the line long enough for their retreat. I will bring upon the 5th Fleet to extract them back here to Calliope. If they want to oppose us, they will have to oppose warp sphere cannons and Calliope's orbital strikes," Malrev said to the table. Garrus smiled. Barring him, Malrev was just as successful of a general. Calm and collected, the entire logistics structure of Ursia's military wouldn't exist without him.

"This meeting is ended. USOC, one additional order. Send in the Tiger Zulu Commandos to accompany Harev's forces," Garrus told the representative. "Why sir?," the representative asked in response. "If this becomes the sequel to the Battle of Arctoros, we're definitely capturing one of their forces," Garrus answered. Saint Adalbert's captured was the greatest operation the Ursian Navy and USOC has ever pulled. If it required a repeat to understand these Valkyr forces, Garrus would call upon Holy Bear himself to guarantee it.

The Ursian Empire Valkyr

UES Leviathan

Origin: First ship of the 1920s Leviathan-class heavy cruisers, Leviathan was made to be durable for its cost. It had guns not to kill ships but rather to provide supporting fire and distractions. Half of his shells back in the Battle of Arctoros was smoke shells or shells filled with gasoline to spread fire onto enemy ships. He is one of 3 Leviathan-class ships, his brothers being Behemoth and Methuselah. Both kept in Port Araz in a museum. Turned into Valkyr in 2022 due to an accidental explosion of one of the crystals.

Service History: Other than capturing Saint Adalbert along with his brother ships in Arctoros, Leviathan was flagship of the Ursian Navy after the decommissioning of UES Excalibur and UES Admiral Raktas. Due to Ursia's peace time, Leviathan's main job was patrolling the waters and hunting down pirates. His nickname is "Pirate's Bane" for this reason. The concept for the Leviathan-class airships, a large airship with tough rings all around using UCVP tech to generate gravity and attract munitions and laser beams to the rings which the rings would absorb, came from this heavy cruiser. Medium-large ships able to withstand extreme amounts of fire and provide supporting fire to Ursian troops. These airships were named in his honor for this reason. It was also planned that after he dragged UES Orca to Port Araz, he would be retrofitted into a Leviathan-class airship. Other than that, he participate in the landings in the Nazdek War, where his supporting fire disabled an airfield near the shore and destroyed multiple Daguo tanks.

Armament: 6 160mm guns were armed on him when he was first created. Lackluster in comparison to other weapons but suitable for his role. He was then fitted with versions of MEMBs, particle cannons, railguns, were added over the years till 2022. He is supposed to become a Leviathan-class airship once he arrives. There he will receive his MEMB-IVS, latest version of the particle cannons and railguns, and his three rings.

Personality: Stoic and calm, Leviathan has seen over a hundred years of his duties. Highly observant like his creators, he has noticed multiple changes in the world and the politics between nations. Being the flagship of the Ursian Aerospace Navy, he does not like fooling around and takes his duties seriously. He has a particular disdain for Coalition countries given that he has seen many of the people he's supposed to protect die to them. However, he has accepted the alliance between Ursian, WARPP and the Coalition.

Appearance: Typical Ursian skin tone with greyish hair. Cloaked in modern Ambusher gear with the name "Leviathan" printed on his back and front. CA-29 (designation) is also printed. His rigging looks like the actual ship with a sea monster like appearance.

-_-_-

UES Orca

Origin: 5th ship of the Naga-class destroyers, she was made for the sole purpose of launching torpedoes onto battleships. She is the only ship of the Naga-class to earn star and sink. Recovered in 2021 as reparations began in December. Plans to convert her into a museum ship was defeated to turn her into an Orca-class airship. Turned into Valkyr in 2022 due to an accidental explosion of one of the crystals.

Service History: Built in 1910, her fame began to increase among the Ursian people when she single-handedly disabled a Daguoan battleship in 1912. She was the first Ursian destroyer to earn 6 stars, partaking in the sinking of 5 light cruisers, 3 heavy cruisers, 9 destroyers and 2 more battleships on her record. She was nicknamed "Lucky Orca" by the Ursus Majoro News Network. This luck came to an end in 1921. She was first damaged severely in her armoring by the Coalition's fleet. When the Ursian Navy had the Coalition fleet surrounded, The stigyan triumvirate sent bombers equipped with flammable chemicals to drop onto ships and burn them alive. The captain of UES Orca saw the bombs fall and hurriedly pushed her sister ship UES Goldfish out of the way, the bomb unluckily went into the holes of the armor. The resulting hit ignited the ammunition inside and instantly incinerated her into two, killing the entire crew. She was found sunken in the Winter Sea with the middle part thoroughly burned in 1949. Plans to retrieve her was drafted since then and planned to make sure she did not break apart. She was retrieved in November 2021, repairs completing in January 2022.

Armament: Unlike most destroyers which are typically armed with a naval gun along with torpedoes, Orca was given 4 anti-aircraft guns and 10 torpedo launchers as expected of a Naga-class destroyer. There are plans to convert her to an Orca-class arsenal airship, allowing her to launch multiple MEMB-IV missiles at enemy warships from far long ranges as well as stealth.

Personality: Incredibly shy. In the midst of combat however, she is terrifying beyond measure, more machine than human when it came to launching weapons of death. Very caring to her sisters, seeing as she sacrificed herself for UES Goldfish. Has a severe phobia of Stigyans, Sakirians, and Urbanians. Also incredibly scared of fire.

Appearance: Young Ursian woman with pure white hair. Cloaked in 1920s Ambusher gear with the usual placements of name and designation (DD-43) on her front and back. Her rigging is 1920s in design. Her back has a severe burn mark, her scar from what ended her in the first place.

Testing New Boundaries: Getting to It!
"*yawn*" SNS Petr V groggily opens his green eyes as he wakes from his quarters, only to notice G-class pocket cruiser Valkyr girls Gloriosa and Griaté eagerly staring at him. "Waah!!" The heavy aircraft carrier Valkyr immediately leaps from his bed. "What are you two doing here?!" He asks in a panic. "Mission." Griaté replies in a monotone. "We decided to wake you early for it~" Gloriosa giggled. "And your face...I could stare at it all day." She thought. "Aight, what does Sakiria want us to do now?" Petr whines. "Alfred's going to make an announcement about it outside. Let's go!" Gloriosa chipperly replied. Griaté silently follows them both. Petr notices the rest of his task force attentively watching Alfred as the morning sun shined above. "Today, Task Forces B and F will be again sailing through the Winter Sea. Task Force B will head straight towards Kuma City. Task Force F will stay near the coast of North Ursia, providing air support." Alfred announced to the Valkyrs. "Wait, if Task Force F is only providing air support, what are the others going to do?" Petr asks. "Luiz will bring you supplies, and the rest of your comrades are going to take part in a bigger plan." Alfred smirks as he replies. He goes back to his usual stoic expression afterwards. "We are going to destroy whatever laboratory in Kuma City containing those Valkyr shards under the cover of dark. Of course, this is all under the guise of diplomatic assistance." Alfred continues. "Us battleships don't do discreet, y'know?" A tall woman stands up. She's carrying 457mm/55 guns around her, along with sets of smaller guns. "Now, now, Medica, let me finish." Alfred calmly replies. Medica sits back down on a bench, pouting. "The destroyers will short out the surveillance with their electronic warfare systems, and radio the locations of the buildings, and the capital ships are going to blow those to kingdom come." Alfred continues in his usual tone. He turns towards the destroyer Valkyrs, who seem to be goofing off. Alenci was doing a split on the bench, Asue was flipping her water bottle, Ariski was flipping her lucky coin before shooting out of the sky with her 102mm main gun to repeat the process again, and Alyntann was staring into nothingness. The circle of B-class destroyer Valkyrs was abuzz with gossip. "Ahem." He grabs their attention. The destroyers turn to face him. "Destroyers, tin cans, whatever we call you, you are vital to this mission. The fate of Sakirian power lies in your hands. Make no mistake, or else the consequences will be dire." He continues. The destroyer Valkyr collectively nod. Alfred turns to face the whole crowd of Valkyr. Valkyr of all shapes and sizes faced him, from the largest capital ship to the smallest destroyer. From the Cold War-era A-class, all the way to the new cutting edge Prinz-class. "This mission briefing is over. Task Forces C and D, stand guard here at Pallata. As for Task Forces B and F, collect your new equipment and ships at port. Fair winds and following seas, comrades." Alfred warmly smiles and waves. "Let's get going!" Gloriosa squees. As Task Forces B and F prepare to depart at full load, a support Valkyr tugs at Petr's uniform and waves her hand to call the attention of everyone else. "You'll need these." She says. She starts handing out futuristic black uniforms. "Why?"Alenci asks. "They'll hide any signature from you. Heat, energy...basically anything. So get changing." Petr V along with the rest of Valkyr begin changing their clothes. "This looks really cool..." Petr mentally squeed. He began to admire his hazelnut brown hair and fair skin until "Hey runway model, let's get going." Gloriosa said. "Huh? Oh, yeah." Petr was a bit startled at first, but he went along and outside nonetheless.

Setting Sail!
Petr V could hear the sound of his reactor whirring to life as he accelerated to his top speed of 35 knots. The rest of Task Force F followed him. He notices Medica and her brother Marcos looking a bit different. "What happened to your flight decks?" He asks them over the comms. "Ah, mine got removed because it caught fire and was replaced with another triple 457mm/55 gun. Prinz Marcos...he doesn't want to talk about it." Petr V notices Marcos slowing his speed to hide behind Lady Medica's shining white ship. Petr V and the Valkyrs continue sailing forward. "Rock, paper, scissors, lizard, Spock!" Fiarina and Fialadia were playing some unique game from a certain comedy. "Aww...lost again. How do I even understand this?" Fiarina sighs. Fialadia takes a deep breath as the wind grazes the destroyer Valkyr's long and flowing blonde hair. "Scissors cuts Paper, Paper covers Rock, Rock crushes Lizard, Lizard poisons Spock, Spock smashes Scissors, Scissors decapitates Lizard, Lizard eats Paper, Paper disproves Spock, Spock vaporizes Rock, and as it always has, Rock crushes Scissors." Fialadia is left panting after motormouthing the rules yet again. "Hey beautiful~" The somewhat tired destroyer Valkyr turns around to see a young man smiling. "Ehehe...hi Bannesento." Fialadia meekly replies. "Wanna meet up at Dicken's after this mission?" Bannesento teases. "Ah, I know what you want. Despite how I look, I'm a boy." Fialadia nonchalantly replies. "Oh." Bannesento silently and awkwardly drifts away from Fialadia on the waves. "Agh, fifth time I've flirted with a 'girl' to find out later they're a dude. Whatever, I respect their autonomy regardless if they're human or not." The light cruiser Valkyr thinks to himself as he sits on the deck of his ship. "I guess this is near enough. Gloriosa, Luiz, Griate, Fiarina, and Fialadia, stay with me. Funarasca, Fi-Dante, and Fantastica, go with Task Force B. Keep close to them, our own clothing is even screwing up our radar." Petr V notices the faint silhouette of the Northern Coast of The Ursian Empire. He slows down as he drops anchor as Task Force B continues speeding ahead. The three F-class destroyers srat to catch up with Task Force B. "I see something on our tails!" Bannesento yells, seeing three warships trailing them. Marcos and Medica turn around. "Shouldn't we---" Marcos was cut off by his louder and older sister. "I'll fire a warning shot!" She excitedly replied. A muzzle flash lit up the sea as three 18-inch shells crashed into the sea with an explosive thunder. "HEY! WE'RE SAKIRIANS!" Fi-Dante yelled. "Oops, sorry~" Medica apologized. "Aight, so you know the plan?" Marcos asks his B-class destroyer Valkyrs. "Uh...sneak off and short out surveillance?" Bornetta shrugs. "Y-yep. G-get going." Marcos gulps and orders as he grapples with the possibility that they might fail. The destroyer Valkyr go about obeying their order. Brano starts coughing as he and his siblings scamper and sneak onto the coast. The four destroyer Valkyr were to witness the horrors at Kuma City. Violetists were rampaging left and right, nearly everything was on fire, and blood stained the grounds. "Shhh..." His sister Bravidia urges. "I think I know the fastest way to victory here." Béctorie chirps. "What is it?" Brano asks. "We get to a vantage point like a hill, some of us will get into the city to map it out, we find the city's power grid, short that out, and then radio the locations of the labs to the fleet." She chipperly replies. "That sounds good. Let's get to it!" Bornetta cheers. She radioed the plan to Marcos and Medica. "Excellent work, you four. Remember to keep up the whole alibi of diplomatic assistance and kill those Violetists. However, killing Violetists is not our main goal. Out." Medica replied. Suddenly, the sonic boom of fighter jets was heard above. Black WPF-30 Phoenixes circled the city, scorching the land with indiscriminate fury. "Y'know, I just couldn't wait and sit around all day. I'm an aircraft carrier. I can spot for myself too. And well if they ask about what we did, let's just say it's an 'accident' that we bombed their labs." Petr V's voice crackles to life on Bravidia's communicator. Bravidia makes a psychotic chuckle at Petr's nonchalant tone. '"IS THIS ALL SOME KIND OF SICK JOKE?!" Béctorie shrieks at the destruction around her. Buildings are in flames, screams filled the air, as parts of Kuma City crumbled before brutal Sakirian might. "Maybe we should get going, The Ursian Empire might find out." Bravidia worried. "Yeah, and did we really scorch every lab in the city?" Brano asked. "Finally you talk." Béctorie sighs. "I agree with Bravidia. Staying here too long will mean our intentions will be discovered. Let's get going. For the labs, I don't know how many I burnt but I'm just happy I brought the Violetists to justice." Petr V replies.

Sakiria

Sakiria wrote:OOC: To prevent confusion with the reigning king, the SNS Charles XIII will be renamed to either Regina Carolina, Frederick IX, Henri X, or Nikolai IV.

Edit: While I was planning to ask you all for suggestions, I forgot to put that in my original post. So...any suggestions?

I was going to say name it after Alexander II, the same dude who was responsible for basically asserting Ursian dominance over at Arctoros. To respect rivals. But Regina Carolina is pretty awesome name, like damn. Leviathan would be impressed.
