I can't answer this poll because covid has changed my routine. When I was going to my old church I was going every week even during covid, but I've recently started going to the church that my mom goes to and they only resumed in person last week for Easter and they haven't decided yet how often they will be doing in person. During covid their priest retired and the person who takes care of the church led a morning prayer over zoom every Sunday. I joined a few times, but Zoom church is not for me.....

My answer to this poll is based on covid. I hardly remember what things were like before.

Only have been looking at christianity & church attendance properly during the lockdown, rather fond of hagiography, would like to attend an orthodox church, however there are none near me, which sucks.
Beyond that most church attendance was a christ-ingle once a year as a kid, but that was more for the free orange with four jelly babies skewered to it with a candle on to because "oooh sweets & fire"

DAILY POLL:

Dear Lord, grant us the strength to carry on, even after Prince Phillips death. Help us recover from such a shock, and help the UK and it’s people recover. Grieve for him, and open thou gates for him, so he may enter Heaven, and enter peace. We ask this in the name of our Lord, who is Jesus Christ, Amen

You can post them in The House of Prayer too. I don't think many people would see them then. It's a much smaller region than UCN.

The Reform Party aims to work toward a decrease in the proportion of laws made by Executive Order, increase the number of laws originating in The Assembly and make the judiciary fully independent of the Executive and Legislative branches.

The Reform Party aims to increase participation in regional elections by:
a) Allowing political parties to automatically have a candidate for each election (Achieved in the current Constitution)
b) Keeping the border open during the nomination period (Achieved by the party through a legislative amendment)
c) Introduce a campaigning period between the nomination and election period (Achieved by the party through a legislative amendment)

The Reform Party seeks to encourage and foster the deliberative nature of regional governance.

The Reform Party welcomes immigration into the region and aim to maintain the respect for diversity of the UCN's residents.

Hello everybody!

For those who are interested in philosophy, I leave here the first publication (I hope there will be many more) where I share fragments of the books that I am reading on various topics.

I hope you had a beautiful Sunday!

PS: Although all the passages that I transcribe I do so because I believe that they are excellent "triggers" to debate on various topics, what they say is not necessarily my own positions or beliefs.

Hello! I'd like to quickly say that if you know Batzorig Vaanchig, tell him that I enjoy his music. (Of course I'm joking! But if you do happen to meet him, you know what to do...)

Anyways, while The Sakhalinsk Empire is a monarchy, I personally believe that a democracy is the best form of government. In the most ideal democracy, everyone is equally represented and has a voice in government. This unfortunately is not possible simply because of its inconvenience, which is why instead of people directly voting on laws, they vote for people who vote on the laws for them.

As for ideology, I don't have one honestly. My views span the whole political spectrum, but if you really want one, I would say centrism.

Aye! Everyone enjoys his throat singing. My favourite of his songs is The чиннэс хааий магтаал. Like I feel hopeless and defeated sometimes and listen to it for a bounceback.

That's great! My birth religion was Tengri shamanism (god of the sky, fertility and virginity) and then because of my ex-girlfriend I decided to convert to Catholicism and now I love it!

(Very sorry. 22 mins ago it became today for me. Forgot to do yesterday’s)

Disturb us, Lord, to dare more boldly,
To venture on wider seas
Where storms will show your mastery;
Where losing sight of land,
We shall find the stars.
We ask You to push back
The horizons of our hopes;
And to push into the future
In strength, courage, hope, and love.
We ask this in the name of our Captain,
Who is Jesus Christ, Amen

Hello mate. Nice to meet you! That's what we all do. But I mostly think as St Augustine said A slave is a free man and a free man is a slave. So I prefer a stricter environment. Do you attend church regularly?
