Ted Cruz (R-TX) posting on twitter that because Biden rejoined the Paris Climate Agreement he cares more about the citizens of Paris than those of Pittsburgh
I like how he used Pitts as a reference point, as a city in a state he tried to overturn and cancel voting results. And their government told him to shove it after that post lol
So I stumbled across a youtube video the other day showcasing a free online city (or city district) layout generator, and thought I'd pass it along here. Search up Probabletrain City Generator and you'll find it.
I've found it somewhat tedious and frustrating at times, but then again I can be awfully particular when it comes to generators (even though ironically they're designed for quick and easy worldbuilding...), so others might not have the same issues!
Below is a list of legal ages and regulations that apply to citizens of Nhoor. Nhoor has no specific legislation for certain situations but applies the rule that other citizens or society as a whole may not be disturbed or damaged by the actions of a citizen. E.g. a person who has to be brought to hospital due to excessive alcohol or drugs abuse, will be fined for this, but also maintaining an unhealthy lifestyle against doctor’s orders can cause a citizen to be fined and (depending on the insurance company) lose his or her insurance contract (in case of an additional insurance; basic insurance is regulated by government and valid/mandatory for all).
Marriage and sex
Marriage - According to Nhoor legislation, ‘marriage is the union between two or more people with the aim to create a durable and sustainable household that carries joint responsibility regarding legal rights and duties as citizens of Nhoor’. This means that marriage can be between any number of persons of any gender, but a marriage involving more than four participants is extremely rare. A marriage last until the death of one of the persons involved, although there are some who consider marriage eternal, in which case remarrying as a widower or widow is not possible. Ultimately, it should be you who decides what flag represents your nation, and not others. However if I were to decide your flag, I'd have one with a white cross on a red field, with a jolly roger in the canton.
