The thing that's a problem by itself is capitalism. Gulag is a fixable historical thing. And it's not really indoctrination, more like gauging inmates' beliefs. We're certainly not going to release a nazi back into society.

Marx didn't invent anything. He only took the collection of already existing beliefs that developed over the course of centuries and compiled it, then slapped names on it.

And yeah, "the third way" is usually what the nazis call themselves. In this case it seems just like dumb use of a term and not an admission of anything.

It is, in fact, a dumb use of a term. And Marx did really invent something. His most notable invention is the formational approach (Russian "формационный подход", translation my be incorrect), aka historical materialism. Sure, he did use other ideas developed at the time, that's how philosophy works, but reducing all his work to that is just wrong.
