I wonder if this type of advertising ever actually works. Is anyone gonna see this person jumping between 100 regions just to say "hi" and leave, and genuinely decide that's a great reason to join their region?

I mean, they're trying to be a defender reigon, but have no actual idea of what a defender is. They have a founder and the delegate is non-executive. They're saying they want to defend only their reigon.
