Well I know none of yall wanted an update. (Not saying I don’t think yall care, but let’s face it none of yall were anxiously awaiting an update, actually some of yall prolly didn’t even exist to see pt1) well something similar happened again. Funny enough somewhat the same circumstances play out. This time I was feeling very disappointed/ mad at myself for not being able to complete three very simple assignments IN 12 DUCKING HOURS. I kept letting myself get distracted getting into rabbit holes of the most random stuff in the world. Like 12 hours of work I finished 2 pages of basic trig homework, but at least now I can describe the syptoms of Vasovagal syncope. Hooray! Also I now realize how frickin serious anxiety attacks are so imma take back my statements and more accurately describe it as a strong sense of worthlessness. So I have my little episode, and realize I’ve been talking to myself the entire freaking time. Literally had even started texting myself. And throughout my conversations with myself, I do as all men are taught to, and I continuously invalidate my feelings cuz in the end, I’m a normal everyday Joe no different than Bob Bill or Betty. And I was loud, and it’s 1 Am too. So the entire house can hear my say to myself I’m not special. That’s when I just start maniacally laughing. I found that so funny. Idk why I just started laughing. And now for some reason though ik how it hopeless I felt in the moment I can only look back and remember the laughing at the end. ok I gotta stop and get to bed cuz I’m hearing things right now that aren’t there.
The mind works in so many frustrating, yet wonderfully confusing ways. Just to all out there seeing this, the other people finding this who also find themselves struggling. No matter of u struggle in a way like me or in ways unlike me. Just realize ur not special but maybe that’s a good thing… knowing you’re not alone, knowing there are people out there who can understand you. You just need to make the efforts to find them.
