The Tattered Kingdom of Uusikotikn

If any nations on SR that resides in the Greater Cascade and is interested in having a religious minority based off north mythology or perhaps having it as the dominant religion, don't shy away from asking. Elisimism has a rich history and actual cause for its spreading across the Cascade Ocean- from North Osea all the way to North Usonea and West Verusa, carried by Volkish Vikings.

Elisimism

Elisimism is a polytheistic religion that stems from a series of stories about Deities and Gods during the founding days of Volkish Civilization. Its adherents, known as Elisimists, believe that all life stems from a group of 19 Gods that created the fabric of Strangereal as well as 8 Deities that play lesser roles. It had no official founding book until the Declaration of Uskonnollinisaatio which called for the Arrangement of a Proper Religion, and in turn, a holy book of Stories. It is the National Religion of Uusikotikn, which is the one of the few countries that has a large population that actively practices it; with 76% of its Population identifying as Elisimist. There is a connection between the proto-Volkish State and the Elisimist Religion, with it incorporating Elisimist Ideals into its Policies while using it to create an Idea of Religious-Nationalism. With the collapse of the Volkish Realm, the Uuskotikn nation took up the mantle as the harbinger of the Elisimist faith. Worldwide, there are around ~? million Elisimist followers.

But the Elisimist Faith is not constricted by the Volkish Peoples. In centuries past, the Volkish people carried the religion to the corners of the Cascade and Emerald Oceans. Currently, 4 Nations have at least a fraction of their soverign population practice Elisimism, that being Uusikotikn, Wardency, Eskosaar, and Ardonii.

The Book of Laskeutuu talks of the Father and Mother Gods of Heigen, who jointly together, Created Strangereal and would have many offspring that would usher in the Second Generation of Gods. From Elizana, Who created Humanity, Járre, Who created the Star that Strangereal orbits around and everything else in the Heliosystem, while instilling the Gods with the Idea of Wonder, Dure, Who created the Ocean, Rivers, Lakes that now cover a great portion of the World, Juhánná, the being vengeful God of the Wind, Lightning, and hatred, Urbán, God of Partying and Feasts and Hospitality who is the Beloved Drunk of the Gods, to Álehttá, the God of Purity, Plants, Agriculture, Fertility, Giving, and Hope, and numerous other Gods as well as Deities and Humans who play important roles in Elisimist Mythology.

These Gods are worshiped at Public Shrines which can be found all across Uusikotikn. There are Shrines that are dedicated to Specific Ones, like Dure-Shrines are most common on the Uusikotkn Great Lakes coast, and how Dure is the God of Water, Rain, Rivers, Fish, floods, and loudness; While there are also Shrines not dedicated to one specific God but rather a place of Worship to all, they are however less common, yet can be found in almost every city above 30,000 People. Rituals at Shrines include Cultural Dances, Sacrifices, Rites of Passage, Feasts, and Seasonal Festivals, reflecting a common view in Uusikotikn Society that the beliefs and practices of different religions need not be exclusive, while still having mass Prayer, times of solemn and are open to Offerings all times of the year; With Some Regions of Uusikotikn- as well as internationally, having Different Traditions for Events.

Go on home British soldiers (warning this song contains swear words) -and yes they're censored-

Go on home British soldiers go on home,
Have you got no f***ing homes of your own?
For 800 years we've fought you without fear
And we'll fight you for 800 more

Well if you stay British soldiers if you stay
You'll never ever beat the IRA
For the fourteen men in Derry
Are the last you will bury
So take a tip and leave us while you may

So go on home British soldiers go on home,
Have you got no f***ing homes of your own?
For 800 years we've fought you without fear
And we'll fight you for 800 more

We're not British, we're not Saxon, we're not English
We're Irish and proud we are to be
So f*** your union jack
We want our country back
We want to see old Ireland free once more

So go on home British soldiers go on home,
Have you got no f***ing homes of your own?
For 800 years we've fought you without fear
And we'll fight you for 800 more

Well we're fighting British soldiers for the cause
We'll never bow to soldiers because
Throughout our history we were born to be free
So get out British b*****ds leave us be

Rifles of the I.R.A

In 19 hundred and 16, the forces of the Crown
Did take the orange, white, and green bombarded Dublin town
But in '21, Britannia's sons were forced to earn their pay
And the black and tans like lightning ran from the rifles of the I.R.A.

They burned their way through Munster and laid Leinster on the rack
In Connaught and in Ulster marched the men of brown and black
They shot down wives and children in their own heroic way
And the black and tans like lightning ran from the rifles of the I.R.A.

They hanged young Kevin Barry high, a lad of eighteen years
Cork city's flames lit up the sky but our brave boys knew no fear
The Cork Brigade with hand grenades in ambush waiting lay
And the black and tans like lightning ran from the rifles of the I.R.A.

The tans were caught, taken out and shot by the brave and valiant few
Sean Treacy, Denny Lacey, and Tom Barry's gallant crew
Though we're not free yet, we won't forget until our dying day
How the black and tans like lightning ran from the rifles of the I.R.A.

May 16, Iwanako
1st Combined Formation
Yukino Coalition Forces, 5th Joint Armoured Forces

YCF Lieutenant Commander Hatakaze Asuna was put in charge of multiple tanks of the Yukino Coalition belonging to the 5th Joint Armoured Forces. Her objective is simple: while the main body of the Imperial and Yukino forces dug into the defence and anticipated to ambush the Sakuran offensive, the 5th JAF had to flank the Sakurans - using the Zhenesky Hills’ terrain to their advantage. Taking command of 642 Naganawa Punks, a Mikuma Type 2, she led the formation.

“This sucks to not be part of the bloody action. Would have been nice seeing those traitors be totalled out to bits,” Asuna clamoured.

“Come on, cheer up,” Washizu radioed towards her. “You’ll still do your part in this war, you know?”

“You are lucky you are NOT in this tank. I would have slapped your pathetic mouth shut!” Asuna hissed.

Asuna’s tanks began their climb up the grades of the Zhenesky Hills, through a series of trails and using the forested cover to conceal their movements. It was slow, but she knew it was for the sake of properly circumventing the Sakuran positions. As they pushed forward, a group of Zaychikian T/76-100s under her force managed to overtake Naganawa Punks.

“We’re going ahead, Commander Asuna,” the Zaychikian tank commanders radioed. “We’d like to conduct a sweep too. We’ll get back to you.”

“Sounds good. We’ll keep going through here,” Asuna replied. Eight T/76-100s pushed forwards, going eastward to conduct a sweep and observe if there are Sakuran resistances within their path. The main body of the 5th JAF continued their trekking through the grades of the western hills, taking a while.

A few minutes later.

“All clear, Commander Asuna!”

The T/76-100s had taken positions, ready for a backstabbing strike. In time, Asuna’s main force had arrived just on their rear. Asuna took a look at the clock, and it was around 05:10. The time for them to strike has arrived.

“Alright. Let’s do this! Charge!” Asuna ordered.

A mighty formation of T/76-100s, leading the charge, went down from the Zhenesky Hills, followed by a mixed column formation of Mikuma Type 2s, T/76-100s, and T/95-125 Mesnyk MBTs, with some flying the Yukino Coalition ensign, and in the case of the Zaychikian tanks, some flew the flag of Zaychik. All these tanks were of excellent condition and were in full combat preparedness, in contrast to what the Sakurans have fully shown in Kii, and in the battlefield down below in the Matoyama Plain.

As the vanguard rolled down the hill so came the sights of the first Sakuran tank to be encountered, preparing to shoot Hana no Chikara. Asuna spotted this, and directly took control of the gun, adjusting the turret and bearing. Coming from a high angle, she had to analyse real quick if the Type 42 APFSDS kinetic penetrator would go through. With no hesitation…

“Enemy detected at our twelve! Gunner, fire now!”

The gunner onboard fired the 120mm gun, joining a cacophony of Zaychikian and Yukino tanks opening fire in the early hours of 16 May. The Type 42 projectile scores a hit on the Sakuran tank, detonating inside and knocking its crew out, which were spotted by the Imperial forces.

Asuna then showed herself out of the hatch. As the Imperials hailed through the radio frequencies, she then replied.

“Hey, hey! This is Commander Hatakaze Asuna, of the Naganawa Punks, tank 642! Saw you were in a bind here, happy to help out, anyone else alive?”

“My tank Klein Duiveltje, one tank from 5th Platoon and some of the crew from the Hanna, the others have fallen,” the Imperial commander, Max, replied.

Asuna sighed. “Well that's a shame, do you think many Sakuran tanks remain?” she then asked.

“I'm not sure, there's certain to be bailed crews stalking around, so be on the lookout, we've lost two tanks to the bastards like that,” Max replied to her angrily.

“Well, the 5th Formation is here to save the day. Let's go!” Asuna replied. Contact was then broken, but this time the 5th JAF were to finish off the remaining Sakurans. The Zaychikians converged altogether next, with a T/95-125 - 342 Zemlaya Mariya, firing at a Sakuran Mikuma Type 2 that engaged it.

“Ha! They’re scratching your armour, Pavel!” the Zaychikian commander said to his driver. “We’ll have to go back to Zaporizhovskoyye now and get Zemlaya Mariya repaired!”

“Blin, I do not want to put another plate of armour for that stupid dent,” the driver commented.

“Is no problem, ha. But we’re running really early versions. Just like a really upgunned T/76,” the commander denoted.

Nonetheless, the 5th JAF completed their mission - and after a long day of fighting, it was over. The road to MIyano now lay open, and the good news finally came into the main combat headquarters of the coalition.

Allied Forward Base, Kii
06:10

“Are you certain?” Lyssandra was answering a hasty radio call from the Yukino tank commanders in Matoyama. “Sweeped? All accounted for? Casualties?”

“Alright, thank you.” Lyssandra then stood up and came back into the planning room. “Great news, ladies and gentlemen. We’ve secured Sakuran Route 18. Miyano is within our range!”

“Is that it?” Chiyomaru was pleased. “Marvellous! Kii is now safe too, if that is the case!”

“That is correct,” Lyssandra said. “The combatants have yet to account casualties sustained, however. But from what I have received on the preliminary report, it would seem the entire Sakuran attack force was wiped out.”

“Thank Amane,” Chiyomaru sat down, exhausted. “We must now plan what our next course of action is… and bring the eastern front to a close, very soon.”

Beautifully made factbook that I can't read in entirety yet because my brain is still a-loading, so I can only appreciate the beauty of it for now. The idea of having the whole background in a colour other than white never stuck with me, but this factbook clearly testifies that it works.

The United Socialist States of North Jus Intius

Should I be alarmed that my Nation's government style is democratic socialists, we're run by an autocratic cabal of elites, and has rather high patriotism? Not to mention our black market businesses...
