Idk honestly, the politics in Russia are confusing at best and a mind frick at worst. It's too confusing.

Russia has way more and they are subsidized by the state. Putin likes to surround himself with the extreme right in Russia (read: ultra nationalists). In the end every country has neo-nazis, ironically, even Israel does.

But, it is well documented that Russia is among the countries with the most per capita.
