Voting Recommendations for Current WA Resolutions

On the General Assembly Resolution "Gay Panic Defense" I recommend all WA nations in the LCN vote FOR. This legal defense is a relic of the 1970s and 80s and is only an excuse for homophobics to murder or assault people.

On the Security Council Resolution "Commend Roavin" I urge all WA members in the LCN vote FOR. This resolution commends a long-standing defender nation whose international contributions are awe-inspiring and worthy of a commendation from the WA.

Stop with the low-quality spam on the RMB. This is for RP and discussion for how we present ourselves to outsiders and newcomers. I've avoided RMB rules and I'd hate to institute them for a dumb reason or to have to go on suppression streaks.
