The Constellation Society of Retralik

Vacation, Part 2
It's hard to hide a massive military build-up. Thousands of men packed inside a scant few square kilometers is an unprecedented density in the wastes. But command is banking on the size of the MRA. They hope to secure a quick win, where the enemy would be so frightened by the sheer scale that they'll flee. Thus, men are spread around the areas with drugger personnel to surround them and prevent escape. The thing with them hogging up coastal property makes them particularly vulnerable to encirclement by a larger force.

We set up makeshift barricades from whatever-we-can-get from the ruins and settled in for the long run. Any escapee will face a hail of lead, or get tea time with the interrogators. Sieges are long, but happenings in the wasteland is slow.

However, the cartels did not stay idle. Faced with a wall behind their backs, they did the only thing they could: Naval evacuation. Even before all units have arrived to block off the luxury villas, they've already begun the process of loading cargo and personnel into the yachts and the sailboats and the ships, waiting to depart South. The full ground blockade is just a reason to quicken this. Now, the Republic has no naval craft, nor can they acquire some in time. So it's best that they break the block and rush towards the sea, pushing them into the water instead of a calm, slow dip.

This must happen now. The static lines break into a hundred fluid formations as troops abandon the barricades and hop over, guns blazing. The cartel rear guard, essentially hired street gangsters, many armed only with melee weapons, broke. The news struck the bosses like a slap to the face. They hopped on the first craft they could find (Well, one that could make the journey; many have not been restored to working order), ordered all to "Get the hell out" on one of the boats and scuttle the rest.

The higher ranking guards, with actual firearms, took some more work to dislodge, giving them time to breathe. Results were... underwhelming. Most of the leadership escaped, along with their cargo. Some were captured (And promptly burnt), and the grunts interrogated, but overall, many objectives were not completed. Still, they took back the city. The locals are planning a return, and as a bonus for these constant wins, Alfred signed a decree allowing all soldiers a two-week break on these fair beaches, with less violence involved.

Revolutionary middleland

Middle the making guns the awesome revolutionary shoot shoot establish communism troops all supplied, day of happy

Revolutionary Middleland had been pooling together all of its resources and efforts into ensuring that the deferment of soldiers who did not have adequate resources to fight would be stopped, even if only for a temporary period of time. Closing the gap would mean that Middle could finally return to human waves and equipment upgrades. Revolutionary Middleland would consolidate its resources and would use all of them for the completion of the revolutionary armed forces.

One factory (two .5 steel slots) would be used to produce all of the ammunition for these weapons.

Most of the other factories' spaces would be occupied in the one-day-strategy in order to crank out 8,050 M16 rifles.

In that single two-week period, the deferment problem would be solved, with each soldier having a rifle and about 3,000 left to spare in storage.

Domestic RP/ Part 4

Nashville was in turmoil. Soldiers were fortyfing the southern shore of the Cumberland, creating makeshift barricades in the other directions, a curfew had been declared, and the city was under martial law until new order.
Vice President Graves was sitting, motionless, outside the pre-War Tennessee Capitol, now the Confederate Senate, watching an old and rusty statue, many soldiers nearby nervously patrolling the surroundings. Now, the statue we're talking about is the one of Sam Davis, famous CSA scout and hero, but inside the NCS was often overlooked by those without extensive knowledge of the Confederate history, such as the Vice President, overshadowed by the notorious characters such as Lee or Stonewall.
The old man looked once again at the rusty plaque at the base, many parts of the inscription had been damaged, but the primary message was still clearly readable: To this offer, under the very shadow of the gallows, Davis made his immortal reply: "I would die a thousand deaths before I would betray a friend."
He couldn't stop thinking of this incredible show of loyalty in the face of death, and how instead those that lived alongside him in Vault 65 now were trying to overthrow the government just to gain power and to respect some kind of ideal they seemed to be unique to them. He was grown just the next door of many of those that now were in open revolt, he saw them fight incessantly and bravely for their shared dream of a new CSA, and now they were backstabbing and plotting against him and the President.
He took a deep breath and finally got up, he had much stuff to do in order to ensure that this traitors wouldn't succeed, he hadn't time for remembering the past. The soldiers immediately reacted and followed him.
He walked into the Confederate Senate: the surroundings were packed with soldiers and militia preparing sandbags, and some had even started putting up defenses inside the the hallways. He arrived at his office and got in there, his desk filled with pre-War of the city, many lines drawn on them. He had never been a great fighter or commander, he did his duty alongside the others to reclaim Nashville when they left the Vault, but since then he left the fighting to study and learn about the CSA, but now he was required to lead the troops and defend the city, at least until the President arrival, so he had no their choice but to return to his old and almost forgotten martial ways.
A messenger with a dispatch, a letter from the President in answer to his own, he immediately proceeded to read it, hoping to get some good news in that desperate times.
From the Office of the President Robert E. Lee II
John, the news you brought to me are terrifying and indeed require immediate action. Three quarters of the troops stationed here in the East are returning back to the capital at running pace, and all non-necessary units in the West have also received my first order to immediately return to Nashville under my direct command. I'll be quick: hold the city and the Senate at all costs, resist until my arrival in 10 days. It is dire thing to say, but no life should be spared in the upcoming battle. Remember the men and women that fight for the NCS of the heroic deeds of their ancestors, and they'll fight to the bitter end. I have no more time, we must depart for Nashville.

Almost the instant he finished reading, a soldier bursted into the room: "Vice President, the traitors are moving in to attack the city!"
"Weren't this mercenaries miles away in the North?!"
"They are not foreigners Sir, they are soldiers of the Army!"
"What army?"
"Ours, Sir, ours!"

Repairs and Renovations

As the recent expansions of Union territory had been solidified. Further exploitation was needed for the growing economy of the BRU. With the ever expanding coast and territories spread oversea a larger need for naval yards was needed. As havana kept well away from most of the nuclear bombardment compared to the US, it had been mostly damaged from disrepair or abandonment. The merchant yards there were commenced to be repaired. Along with the repair and expansion of the coastal defences of the city. The investment into local production had also been pushed to fuel the ever growing industry propping up through the union.

Despite over a month of waiting and with little to show for it other than an increasingly weary and irritated border defense force, the Presidium has elected to dispatch a team comprised of both Emissariat and Securitate assets to both open diplomatic talks with the rising power to the United Prefectural Directorate's west and to acquire additional information to support the Directorate's judgement. While the Emmissariat is of course in direct command of the mission, the Securitate's operatives are to ensure the complete safety of the combined team and are thus armed accordingly in line with Plan Open Cache. In the event of hostilities with no chance of escape, they are to both liquidate the Emissariat and themselves in a manner suitable for disposing of the assets granted by Open Cache. Currently, the team is approaching the border and preparing to cross over.

The only high government official that was left at Chattanooga, alongside some of the soldiers, was Secretary of Media and Entertainment Dennis Monroe, as the President considered he was the least important at the moment, the only one worthless enough to be left with dealing with the western wastelanders as the majority of the troops reestablished order in Nashville and beyond.
Not to say that he wasn't enjoying staying there: Chattanooga was one of the holiest sites for the ones of his bunch, a sacred ground where the Confederate martyrs spilled their blood and sacrificed their lifes attempting to defend their divine ideals.
He was sitting on the ground of the battle itself, after it had been cleared from a large giant ants colony that infested the area, praying silently. A soldier patted his shoulder, he looked back irritated: "What is it? Don't you see I'm paying my respects to our holy ancestors?"
"Of course sir, but our scouts reported of a band of wastelanders moving this way. They are well armed, and very few, but they could try staging an attack on our lines."
"Very well, let's wait and pray Lee, may he be blessed, that they are either not looking for a fight, or they are worse fighters than us. Inform me on their actions hourly."

The foreigner told him he could wait, and in fact the general had no autjority to carry out foreign relationships, and wasn't really ready for anything like that, so he could only send a message to Nashville and wait for an answer. Many hours later it arrived: the general took the small dispatch they handed to him and read it to the foreigner: "The New Confederate believes, as many said in this pre-War land, in "Agriculture and Commerce", and would be glad to be in friendly terms with the Baton Ruoge Union, but before signing the treaty you brought, we must make clear that we can't have talk with those that believe the wrong history of our ancestors, the CSA men and women, or at least don't even dare to doubt the lies spread about them, and those that seek to create the old governement that oppressed us. So we must ask to you to tell to the general if you fall into one of these categories, and he has been instructed to behave accordingly."
The general finished reading, and watched the foreigners, waiting for their answer.

Expansion 32/Operation Containment

The next operational area, the second out of five in Operation Containment, was the province of Aiken, similarly named after the central settlement of the region. All similarities after that ended, as Aiken was ruled not by a mercantile oligarchy, but was the crown jewel of a nascent raider empire beneath a single gang, the Agitators. As vanguard elements trickled into the region on reconnaissance missions, contact with local settlements was established and an image of the local geopolitical scene was gained. The Agitators were the worst kind of raiders, smart, organized and, perhaps worst of all, disciplined, enforcing their brutal rule through hostage taking and garrisoning elements in occupied settlements for ensuring they pay tribute and obey whatever laws their boss puts down. For the most part, the Agitators did not impose themselves too much upon the local settlers, preferring to gain their tribute peacefully rather than having to take it through arms. There were far too many instances of them brutally putting down revolts and making examples for the local settlements to do anything. Commissar Volkov, despite the teary eyed pleading of settlers whose loved ones were at the mercy of the Agitators, ordered the 1st Unit to commence the assault.

Records of Commissar Victoria Volkov

Aiken will go down in the annals of Commissariat military history as one of the worst instances of the phenomenon of raider empires, an important lesson in the event that more of these truly established and brilliant bandit states are encountered. With the local settlements unwilling to even countenance rising against the Agitators, it fell to the 1st Unit to press on and tear down the raider empire that threatened the Directorate's interests in South Carolina, igniting the entire province in a storm of war. From his capital in Aiken, Great Boss Dominic found his domain convulsing as the 1st Unit, spearheaded by vanguard elements, began the arduous task of encircling his various fiefdoms and destroying his various garrisons and war parties so as to ensure the various sieges would go unhindered. Seething at this new and unforeseen threat, the Great Boss rapidly issued orders to his various stationed troops and the various local settlements found themselves denuded of their hated wardens, who themselves moved to relieve the various sieges one by one. Vanguard elements, cavalry, rangers and light infantry, found themselves desperately fighting a delaying action against the various garrisons concentrated into a single force, eventually requiring the aid of the various artillery pieces of the 1st Unit in dozens of separate danger close fire missions, two of which were directly on nearly overrun defensive positions. Although the vanguard elements of the 1st Unit found themselves utterly shattered, the Agitator's relief force was itself devastated and annihilated in the series of defensive actions, and the various strongholds found the noose tightening ever more.

One by one, the strongholds of the Agitators were either reduced by artillery and storming or surrendered, until only Aiken remained, the capital and final bastion of Great Boss Dominic's crumbling domain. Despite the continuous bombardment of the 1st Unit's artillery, the remaining Agitators refused to surrender and so I reluctantly ordered the storming of Aiken and condemned hundreds to the flames. With most of the fortifications leveled, all that remained was for the defenders to be reduced and to that task, I assigned Commander Brown to open a breach for the Protectors to flood in and engulf the settlement. Little did I know the final preparations of Great Boss Dominic, who upon realizing the utter impossibility of escape, had chosen to walk the path of the Arch-Arsonist before him and launch one final counterattack in a last blaze of glory. Leading the charge, Great Boss Dominic and his bodyguards, clad in scavenged pre-war armor and armed with finely maintained laser weapons, rallied around the towering form of their bandit lord, who hurled himself at the attacking Protectors in his custom suit of power armor. As with the Arch-Arsonist, Commander Brown's scavenged rocket launcher scrapped yet another tin pot dictator, but not before he had personally seen to the demolishing of the Commander's Detachment.

Not that they hoped for a situation in which one half of the group killed the other half and then themselves in a conflagration.

Although Turner couldn’t see George’s face, he could see McDonough’s usually shrill grin slowly sink into a disappointed frown. As Turner finished, George leaned back into the couch, still keeping his gaze fixed on Turner.

“I suppose this is all he will tell us. I see no reason into prying further.” McDonough sighed, shakily his head slightly.

“Agreed. Shall we move on to the next steps?” George asked the Mayor in a different tone then before, his voice now sounding extremely familiar.

“Might as well.” McDonough concluded, pressing a button on his terminal, before turning his attention back to the Enclave agent. After McDonough pressed the button, Turner could hear the doors to the waiting room lock. “Now Mr. Turner I have one last question. Do you know how the Institute replaces people?”

Outside the doors that lead to the back areas of the Mayor’s suite, a Courser waits and listens. Hearing the conversation take a turn. He reaches for his shock baton and holds it. The Courser does not extend it out yet, as there may be no resistance, although it’s highly expected.

Turner heard the doors lock, and was at last more than a little concerned. His hand slide to the concealed 10mm pistol he carried with him as he spoke,
"From what we've been able to gather, these replacements appear to occur at night or when no one is around. Beyond that we don't know how the Institute is able to send in these replacements or get rid of the originals."

The Imperium of Jixdelistan

Jixdelistan wrote:Road to the river part 1 (Expansion Post 1/2)
It has been a long time since the last expansion which resulted in the promotion of captain Huyt to the rank of General now standing at the border between Jixdelistan and a Terrorist controlled region he knows how dangerous it is to stand like that but he hopes for the terrorists to make a move so he can prove himself another time and his enemy’s play right as he wants. After a couple of minutes, a loud BANG goes thru the air hitting his hat as it falls he grins with a big smile and says under his nose: Just like I planned these terrorists are going to be dead by the next week. General Huyt goes back to his division HQ and contacts the Emperor/Major Jixdl :
- The terrorists have tried to kill me (he says with a scared voice)we have to attack them before they attack us allow me to strike them down NOW!.
Emperor sighs and after a while he speaks:
- I will allow you to attack them but I need to know if you can succeed and if not we will send the 2nd. Division to help you.
- Understood I will send a Scout team to find out how many terrorists there are and what is the safest route.
- Ok then I will wait for the rapport.
General Huyt then goes to one of his Lieutenants and orders him to ready a scout team.

Road to the river part 1 (Expansion Post 2/2)
10:48 AM
After More than a week had passed general Huyt started to wonder if the terrorists were better equipped thank his man but finally, after nearly a month the scout team returned or what remained of it, one Injured Soldier carrying another one entered the camp. After both soldiers were able to speak general Huyt dedicated to ask them about the terrorists
-How many terrorists did you count (1=Huyt)
-maybe one or two thousand (2=Unnamed Soldier)
-Did they had any fortifications and if yes are they good (1)
-Yes and yes (2)
-What happened to the rest (1)
-Dead … after the 2nd night the terrorist attacked (2)
-Thank you (1)
After speaking with the soldier general went to his office and reported that he will need reinforcements but will be able to attack.

30 hours later
After General Huyt got an answer from the emperor he rallied his troops and spoke
“Soldiers of the Empire of the 3rd Division Today in About 10 Hours we are going to march into the enemy territory we will establish 3 Forward Operating Bases and use this Camp as the Headquarters of this campaign I suggest that you go pack your thing maybe go to sleep or train your aim as the terrorist may be more threatening than the local bandits. After he had stopped his speech soldiers went back to their duties

15hours later (5th hour of the campaign)
Soldiers of the 3rd Division have fortified themselves with their tactics they were able to overrun the terrorist with only a couple injured and it was already established that FOB (Forward operating base) Bravo was going to be the worst to defend as it was on a hilltop overlooking the terrain in normality it would be great but at the bottom was a forest and only one way to get up to the base a perfect place to attack with forests as cover it would be impossible to predict or saw an attack and that was why it was the most guarded sector

30hours later (35th hour of the campaign)
Just like predicted the terrorist used the terrain to their advantage but lost due to the terrorist clumsiness as before the attack started one of the terrorists shot his weapon and alerted everyone. After the battle, there were dozen of the terrorist killed and a couple of Jixdelistanian soldiers dead. But it wasn't the only place that was attacked at the same time other parts of the front were attacked but none had died on the Jixdelistanian side

The end of the campaign (campaign lasted 78 hours)
After the reinforcements from the second division came the General Huyt decided to launch an attack from three sides destroying the terrorist and achieving the victory. During the Battle of Point Foxfort (Terrorist’s last base) all terrorists were killed or fled no prisoners but there were also big casualties on the Jixdelistanian Side after the end of the campaign the scout teams found 57 Dead Jixdelistanians and 31 missing in action. The soldiers were able to free all oppressed and kidnaped by the terrorists

Middle had long since retained technical documents and blueprints for old weapons of war. One of the most valuable blueprints thus far would be for a standard 50 caliber machine gun. A squad machine gun would prove to be just as valuable for Middle's efforts as the hell cannons it produced. It would be essential to mowing down the cavalry-based Osage and Cherokee hordes, and one position would likely overwhelm the New Continental Army up north and force them into submission. With the blueprints and technical capacity to make these machine guns, the one-output-strategy would once again be employed. Several factories were activated and a quick assembly of materials would be shipped off.

147 .50 caliber machineguns would be rolled out by the end of the two week manufacturing period (1 rl day).

Expansion 33/Operation Containment

After the Battle of Aiken, the 1st Unit was inundated with replacements for its casualties and questions were raised by its commanding officer and subordinate staff as to the combat efficiency of these new replacements and how they would affect the unit's efficiency as a whole. Despite these concerns, Commissar Volkov was ordered to continue Operation Containment and continue the 1st Unit's advance along the southwestern border of South Carolina. As vanguard elements filtered into the next designated province, they encountered various settlements who warned them of a tribe of vicious warriors deeper in the interior of the region. To this point, the 1st Unit and the United Prefectural Directorate as a whole had never encountered the phenomena of tribal civilizations and as the vanguard elements along with Emmissariat diplomats continued to speak with these local settlements, a worrying picture was quickly put together. To put the matter simply, the tribal civilization occupied the primary settlement of the region, Walhalla, and used it as a base from which to violently raid and pillage neighboring settlements, destroying and pushing them to the fringes of the region. The diplomats were able to wrangle from the settlements a deal: destroy the Walhallans and the settlements would gladly join the UPD.

Records of Commissar Victoria Volkov

As we pressed deeper into the interior, the presence of the Walhallans swiftly became apparent in the form of burnt and looted settlements, crude and primitive totems erected as monuments to the events that led to the settlements' destruction. Further still, Walhallan raiding parties stumbled onto our vanguard elements and both bloodily clashed until the raiding parties were sent running at the explosions of our artillery and the majority of their leadership was slain, after which no further contact was reported. Local intelligence had it so that the tribe only occupied a single settlement and it quickly became apparent that their chieftain had summoned all of them back to Walhalla to aid in its defense. Had the Walhallans possessed weapons better than primitive iron weapons and armor, perhaps they would have been more of a threat on the open fields of the region, yet that gulf in technology quickly became irrelevant in the streets of Walhalla. Close quarter combat at night quickly became the least favorite activity of the 1st Unit, especially against the Walhallans who took to screaming as loudly as they could right as they fell onto your unit, and it was only through the employment of the 1st Unit's stock of Rippers that the worst of the berserkers were slain in their nests. By sheer bloody-minded stubbornness, the 1st Unit managed to gradually reduce Walhalla and the number of Walhallan combatants, with morale particularly collapsing when we managed to locate and capture their noncombatants, women, children and those too weak to fight hidden away within the central lodges of the Walhallans. Chieftain Ragman personally surrendered his sword to me, which was appreciated, along with the remnants of the tribe's warriors and the Securitate quickly moved to transport the lot of them to the reeducation camps.

We don't know how much info you got on us, so allow me to introduce my beloved country: wea are the citizen of the New Confederate States, the righteous successors of the CSA, whom have brought back their divine ideals, in spite of the lies they tried to spread about it. We are led by President Robert E. Lee IiI, but I believe that the souls of our ancient heroes still guide our way from the heavens they rest. We do not seek to fight with those that don't bring back the old world rhetoric that attacked our sacred beliefs, and the state that oppressed our people. What should we know of you, foreigners?"

The Emissary's expression changed little during the Secretary's speech, at most a tightening of the eyes or a slant of the lips, yet a cool smirk grew at his question and he answered, "I am Emissary Michael Davidson, a third rate officer in the Emmissariat, a diplomatic bureau in the government, the Secretariat of the United Prefectural Directorate. As you said, the Directorate has carved a nation out of the wastelands beyond the Appalachian Mountains, uniting by shot and shell and speech dozens of provinces into a single whole. Though we are of one nation, we are of five faiths, and as such, I greet you with God's, Aztur's, Atom's and the Spirits' blessings upon you. Little do we care for the old world and its grudges, friend, for it is best to leave such things to rot in the grave of that dead world."

Secretary Monroe listened to the the representative of the so-called United Prefectural Directorate, glad to hear he wasn't carrying any unacceptable belief or ideal for the NCS, but still a little wary of the foreigner, especially because he didn't give away much more info, but maybe he was just hurrying his speech.
"Very well, I would have appreciated to welcome you in a more proper way, but other..." Monroe stopped for a moment remembering why he was the only one left there in Chattanooga "... demanding matters are requesting our resources elsewhere. So, I believe that trade and peace can be assured between us for the time being, but maybe you ventured here with more interesting proposals?"
The foreigners seemed to have a certain degree of capabilities and goods that the NCS could use, but the Secretary wanted to play it safe and hear what the others were looking for, if they were indeed looking for something, before stating his requests.

Emissary Michael Davidson hummed at the pause in the Secretary's words and then stated, "The primary objective of this mission was to establish contact and acquire enough general information about your nation for analysis on what to do next. Given your civility, I believe it is possible for us to move onto our secondary objective of establishing further contact with your people and leadership, which would entail meeting, perhaps, this President of yours and hopefully establishing a diplomatic embassy in your capital. Of course, this would go both ways and the Directorate would be happy to entertain your own diplomatic mission in Gravelton."

Monroe had a brief gulp: "Yes, the capital and the President are currently off-limits due to..." the Secretary couldn't think about the situation of the NCS "... really pressing mattetns, but as soon as they are solved I'm sure both will welcome your representatives. Same on the other way, as soon as our resources are no longer focused elsewhere, we'll prepare our embassadors."
After he finished, the Secretary thought once again of the situation of his people, and inadvertently left out a deep sigh.

Colonial Craze 1/6

With the seizure of the city of Havana, the realisation of the wealth of the caribbean isles have caught the attention of the Union's population. Having largely been ignored by the atomic bombs of the great war. The island spread throughout the caribbean sea has been largely untouched by the horrors of the american wasteland. With most of its local population apparently having reverted into more tribal states like much of north america. With older charts brought out from the closets a new colonial fever had begun to sweep the small coastal state. Now being pushed by the constituency the Consul formed a plan of action to secure Baton Rouge’s domination of the Caribbean Sea. With attention for more of the larger and more defendable ports and harbors within the area. Three locations were chosen to seize and build up for the colonial expansion. Three of the smaller briggs were sent out to explore the marked locations for colonisation. The need for deep water ports were the most prevalent demand, along with them being capable of being defended by smaller garrison from coastal positions. Though little was expected to be remaining after 200 years of natural disasters and abandonment to nature.

Emissary Michael Davidson resisted the temptation to raise an eyebrow at the obvious and blatant deflection, but settled on ignoring it and pressing on with the mission. "How long shall these pressing matters continue to occupy your President's time? If it is all the same to you, it would be better for us to press on and wait in your capital for these matters to settle and for the meeting to take place. Between you and I, the Presidium has become rather unsettled due to the long silence between our nations and some truly radical propositions have been raised, ones which I would prefer to see stowed away with news of this upcoming meeting."

Colonial Craze 2/6
First on the list was the Port-au-Prince, a former Spanish turned French colonial port that had had a history as a haven for both colonials and pirates. Thanks to the natural formation of the island leaving the bay calm and flat for ships. With the forces being set up for the expedition the BRUS Vicker was sent to scout out the bay for inhabitance. Only to report finding a small tribe align the coast, with evidence of more further inland. Armed with 400 men the BRUS Green Sea was sent to establish control of the port.

Having taken a 3 day voyage to arrive, the Green sea arrived at the Haiti coast. Slipping into the Bay along with the Vicker. The two ships began sending a party ashore to make ground. Helping the crew of the vessels tie up in the open cruise terminal. The Union army was approached by the local tribes the next day.Though having regressed to tribal lifestyles, the locals still spoke a mix of Creole and spanish similar enough to the prewar Haitians that the Union sailors could understand. Meeting with the local chiefs, they identified themselves as the Dlo tribe. Controlling much of the south western peninsula of the island. And while liking the gifts offered to the tribal leaders, they were much more focused on the power shown by the union forces. Having come ashore with metal armor and impossibly large steel ships the tribal chief looked to gain protection from the other factions within the island of Hispaniola. Especially from the raiders that scour the coast for slaves and goods. Though they had a harder understanding of trying to trade or purchase the land that the tribals were living in. An agreement of the Dlo tribe becoming a protectorate of the Union, while remaining independent. With a trade of plenty of food and a permanent garrison on the island for the Dlo to call upon. The Dlo were more happy with the coming “Unionists”, and the promise of protection.

Now with the local tribes having joined on, the Union began repairing the Marine terminal to a proper camp. Steel walls and barracks made from the shipping containers, along with what equipment salvaged from the rusting hulks turned the port into a camp for a larger and more permanent garrison. Some of the soldiers took the initiative as well, mapping out the surrounding countryside around the city for patrolls and settlers. Looking for all the areas the tribes have settled.
