I guess that depends on who you are. If you're an advertiser, yes, everyone is supposed to pay attention. If you're the person providing the board where people advertise, yes, but not 24/7. If you're anyone else, then you're free to ignore them if you please.

I was on my mobile, and had a fat-finger moment. Damned if I could remember the password, so I had to reset it. But I can't access The Embassy's Admin page from my phone - it just takes too long to load. So I had to get on to a laptop to reset the password. Luckily I had enough influence. It would be pretty weird trying to do all this stuff from outside of the region!
