I've never heard about this kind of Ideology before and please tell me more about it. Is it a left leaning ideology or a right leaning ideology according to the political spectrum?

A free market ideology to abolish surplus value, yet without communism

Freigeld(free money)

All money is issued for a limited period by constant value with a demurrage system (neither inflation, nor deflation).
Long-term saving requires investment in bonds or stocks.
Freigeld is a currency whose individual units are burdened by a stamp devalutation of x1000 1 a week, 5.2% per year as it circulate in the economy, until the unit is replaced by a new issued unit as the previous one is devalued and must be withdrawn from the market as it is spoiled, like a spoiled trash. in practice, a perishable currency subject to entropy, like apples or cabbage . The constraint arises from the fact that it is for the owner's sake to spend it before the expiration of the unit, and interest on money eventually fall to 0 naturally.

Freiland (free land)

All land is commonly owned or else the property of public institutions and can only be rented from the community or from government, respectively, not purchased, to avoid speculative withdrawal of land. The land is obtained by the government through issuing of government securities in exchange for the continuation of land use by landowners. Securities are given in a way to compensate the income, not the price. For example, if a particular piece of land yields 1000$ annually, then it can be replaced with: 50,000$ of securities @ 2% interest 25,000$ of securities @ 4% interest 10,000$ of securities @ 10% interest As you can see, it would be most beneficial to enact this reform when interest rates are high. The state would still collect rent and use it to pay the interest on the securities. (in theory netting 0$) If freigeld reform is enacted along side with Free-Land reform, the interest rate will eventually fall to 0% so rent-money will be used for paying off securities. Even if not, some tax revenue could be put to the same use. Once all the securities are paid off, the land-rent will be distributed on a per child basis as family allowance as they are those that create the demand for land.

Freelander (free trade):

Unrestrained free trade supported by a complementary currency to maintain stable exchange rates in international trade(the US dollar would be fine)
