any ideology. nations of all size. the union will help you out if you are attacked. An attack on one member is an attack on all. If the alliance gets big enough we shall set up a Council of Truth. The first four nations to join and me will vote on certain matters like to kick out a nation. or if a nation applies to join. or if our ally is provoked into declaring war do we help them or not
