Duties
Minister
Running the Ministry. The Minister organizes, administrates, executes, edits, and generally contributes in as many projects as possible, as a general staffer, to oversee the progress, and to assist or enlist assistance when necessary. The Minister approves events and such, and runs Festivals with TEP's allies. If there is any part of the Ministry that is in need of improvement in any way, shape, or form, the Minister is tasked with providing help to improve it, or improving it themselves. The Minister also serves in Cabinet.
Deputy Minister
Extensions of the Minister's duties. Deputy Ministers do what the Minister does when the Minister can't do it, they help lighten the workload, and they contribute as any Staffer would as well. They are entrusted in organizing the more high value events, occasionally even running their own, and work as Moderators in Festivals and such. They have the ability to approve projects as long as they let the Minister know about it.
Staffer
The backbone of the Ministry. The main duty of a staffer is to work on Festivals in any way they can, but Staffers are mostly a huge "think tank", in that they contribute their own creativity and ideas, whether it is to refine a project's finer details, suggest a couple things they think is necessary, or even to create a whole new project. Outside of their creative contributions, Staffers assist in the mechanics of organizing Festivals, i.e. getting games, bots, etc. or working to help out to make sure events run smoothly. Staffers also have the choice of assisting in any project they want to, in any way they want to. It is a pretty flexible position, but rewarding for the Ministry and the Staffer as a whole.
"Project Manager"
Less of a title and more of a label, "Project Manager" is an unofficial "position" within the Ministry that basically means that this person is authorized to organize and execute certain projects assigned to them, including the recruitment of Staffers to assist in the project, the details of the project, and the actual project itself.
