Both Fijian and myself have endorsed each other, would this not lead to wa delegate problems with just the two of us here at the moment?

Did I say to scrap the Constitution? I said Revise...revise as necessary to fit our new circumstances. If you have a copy, please post it in the WFE.

The NS Game Mechanics allow that in the case of tied endorsements, the Nation who received the tie making endorsement first, becomes the Delegate. So no problems here. Coros endorsed Fijian Islands first and Fijian Islands reciprocated. Fijian Islands became the Delegate.

The copy of the founding documents have already been pinned. Any suggestions in differentiation must be brought to the appointed chancellor for approval. I have no doubt Coros will be attentive in said matters. Everything in this crucial phase will be up for review by this court. We need to open up embassies with RHINIA and restart the Order Of The Owl, our intelligence agency. As far as a Director for the OOO, I leave that to you lots discretion

Is "📜 Document Declaration of New Cretanja" to be considered the Constitution of this Region? If so, there is a problem there which prompted the current problems that we are facing. I will refuse again to turn over the Founding Nation of this Region to the Queen should she return and demand it. This will prompt the same scenario that happened the last time she returned from her hiatus and we had refounded the Region.

You have Regional Officer Permissions governing Embassies so you can send Embassy Requests yourself. Why RHINIA specifically? The Region has three native residents and its WFE states that Rhinia is now closed and that it will be kept as a museum.

I'll check on the Discord. Also, I've found more Dispatches and have pinned them to the WFE.

I will not be leaving this new region should she return. A lot of hard work was put into this, so that is one revision I will most definitely endorse. I like her personally, but to throw down the drain work that was caused from her neglect, will not be tolerated by myself and I’m sure you as well

An reguarding RHInIA is more of a cultural heritage thing. Their successor region should also have an embassy opened up as well

There have been a number of Meetups in various Regions over the years. I've had close friends from overseas stay at my home when the visited the States.
