I live in a western country and I can assure that propaganda news rose incredibly after social networks appeared. They apply more and more click baiting titles that often state the opposite of what is inside the article.

A news from 2 days ago: "Russian military forces enter Kazakhstan. The dead are tens" (https://www.repubblica.it/esteri/2022/01/06/news/le_forze_militari_russe_entrano_in_kazakistan_i_morti_sono_decine-332922660/).

This title suggests that Russians are responsible of the deaths, but this is not reported in the article itself, which instead contains a statement about Putin who "will increase his influence in the area" (Kazakhstan is already a Russian ally) and the ridiculous statements of the USA and the EU.

This is reported by the most important historical Italian newspaper (and also the one used to spread WWI and fascist propaganda not so long time ago).

Signing up is easy! Fill out the linked Google form, and let our Minister of Foreign Affairs, New Astri, know by sending them a telegram on NationStates. (nation=new_astri)

Reservists will be given orders via telegram and dispatch, as well as earn Battle Stars for participating in operations. There are three reserve ranks, each earned after collecting a certain number of battle stars.

0 battle stars - Nestling
1 battle star - Fledgling Falcon
3 battle stars - Bomber Eagle
5 battle stars - Hell Hawk
10 battle stars - King Vulture
15 battle stars - Butcher Bird
20+ battle stars - Terror of the Skies

Reservists will earn rank bars to show off in dispatches and on the forums as well!

This documentary has a very interesting take on leftism and I really appreciate the research they put into this.

What difference does it make to how the community of people appeared (unless it happened <50 years ago)? The important thing is that it exists.
Russia, Turkey, Serbia, Hungary, Israel, Cuba and Canada are nations, and they are equal to the oldest nations like China.

Firstly their culture is identical to that of mainland han, their only differences are a couple of regionalism which literally any sizeable nations have the same situation including the mainland itself. This is no justification for regionalism.

The territory they claim is all of china and Mongolia including parts of the former Soviet Union, Korea, Vietnam, India etc. The rump state they control is land they stole from a people they genocided in living memory. A people whom they continue to subjugate to this day.

Their history is the same as the rest of China, they only have a slight localisation to their island for a couple of decades just as I have a common history with those in my native region of the country which is slightly different from the all-national history or that of other regions like the capital. They arent even their own ethnicity yet nor do they claim to be different.

The battle between the PRC and the ROC is one of legitimacy not of independence. Taiwan has no right to nationhood it's only right is redundancy.
