Any of the classifications can be obtained by filling out the first page of the new nation creation in a particular way. There's guides for it I don't have a link to at the moment, I'm sure they're easily found on the forum.

I just looked up what being "founded in antiquity" means, and it means being founded before NS started recording founding dates. Does that mean that nations founded after that can never get the Rock of Ages banner?

Yep.

Other than rock of ages the one where you meet aliens is the hardest, I forgot it's name. I know part of it involves having a cow as your national animal, and getting a special issue

I have that one. It's called "The Future is Near," and you have to have a cow as your national animal and have a strong pizza industry.
