I just wanna thank Tocan isle so much for helping SF out so much with the Constitution and in general helping build this region up. I really appreciate it, especially all the effort you've put into the constitution :)

*She walks out to her private jet.* "Alternate universe border, Lighthaven." She states curtly. Upon arrival, she quickly maneuvers past all the border security and goes through the portal.
Once on the other side, she steps out into the main city in Celestian SolarFlare, Nebula. She heads straight towards Nebula's capitol building and to her office, signing an executive order for aid to Rivendellfolk.

“Thank you,” President Loren thanks, then turning to her Vice President, Gael. “Gael, please lead the nation and make sure everyone is safe from the earthquake. I trust you,” the president instructs the VP.

*The president departs the residency, and is off to Rivendellfolk.*

*President Loren arrives outside the Tocan Isle consulate in RDF, stepping off the government jet.*

“Greetings, President Loren of TI. We are grateful that you came,” the diplomat greets.

*they shake hands*

“Nice to meet you. It’s our duty as a nation to help our allies, and we’ll help your country recover from this disaster,” states the president.

*Their heads turn to President LunarCrystal stepping out of her private jet.*

LunarCrystal steps out of her jet, and formally greets the Diplomat and President Loren. Turning to the Diplomat she states "Celestial Wave is here to help Rivendellfolk through thick and thin. Any resources you need from us to help we are happy to give."
