We have a new poll. I sleep with the window open, even in rain and winter, because I don't like yucky air, and I have an awning to keep the rain out. Plus some people think that (as long as you have enough blankets) exposure to cold winter air is good for your immune system

My Answer: Depends on weather or season Reason: I never sleep with my windows open, it's a good way for something such as a mosquito or some person/creature to come into your room. As for person, stalking you, taking pictures of you in your sleep, or doing things that can traumatize you (Rape, abuse, kidnapping) or murder. Sorry, but you have to be realistic and consider the possible worst.
That's true. I forgot to mention that I have a fly screen and sleep on the second floor where it's impossible to get without me noticing (I'm a light sleeper and can hear everything). I also close the curtains, even if the window is open

Well....Quite true, but considering that I am also a very light sleeper, I close my curtains and window blinds, and close my curtains. Fully.
From the time that I literally almost died falling down a mountain to the time my neighbours' visitor punched my windscreen, I could probably write a book about all the weird stuff that has happened in my life. So today, this guy who I had never, ever, ever seen before drives into my street and enters my front yard, with a stereo blasting so loud that I genuinely didn't know that car stereos could go that loud. Anyway, he gets out of his car and goes to the property line of my front yard. (this is the point where I go outside to see what's going on and to make my presence known). So he pulls out weeds from front yard, starts sniffing them, gets back in his car holding on to the weeds and drives off...
