via Planete rouge | Occidentalis invicta | Hello sorry about the rmb issues, the setting for it is buried but you are able to post now. I am currently GM Gurps for the region and have my hands full trying to keep that organized so I am not going to be taking part in your D&D I wish you all the best luck though. I may pop in when I get more organized if only to watch. |
Poremania | Well they don't check their NS accounts as much and mostly respond on discord. ...And their response was a no. Wow. Didn't expect you to stop by.

National provinces | "I've always been fascinated by human towns. Their perseverance in poor conditions is markedly different from high elves." Welya, the half-elf aspiring sun priestess, strolled past the lone guard stationed at the north loose stone path entrance of the town of Peoplesville. She uttered a small blessing to the guard as she passed. Besides words, nothing audible or visible happened. Mouth twisting into a frown she gave her pendant of the Sun an annoyed look. For a moment she gazed into the cloudless sky with her big green eyes, squinting at the Sun before turning away with a pained look. Pulling up the hood on her impeccably clean white robe, she beckoned to the two travelers she had recently encountered. The smile on her face bright and (barely visible) hair golden, she stood at 172cm. Behind her was the town of Peoplesville, which while lacking any real fortifications, was a good sized human settlement. Known for being the birthplace of a hero of the Amundin Order in times past, currently it was the biggest settlement of the Duchy of Allswell, a lucrative trading duchy immediately bordered by the ever annexing Autocracy. Rumors abound that agents of the Autocracy are already at work in town to ferment the process of subjugation, many are concerned about the supposed arrival of an Autocracy Magistrix. The closest buildings in view seemed to be made of mud, further down some stone of poor quality could be spotted as a building material. The closest identifiable building is labeled Undertaker and is made of poor stone. (OOC: I hope you get enough feeders from this post to satisfy the needs of the folk hero and Cleric. Since we are not in combat, RP is not turn based. Talk! Make Rolls! Have fun. Also a feature of the background for Folkhero, Poremania is: "Since you come from the ranks of the common folk, you fit in among them with ease. You can find a place to hide, rest, or recuperate among other commoners, unless you have shown yourself to be a danger to them. They will shield you from the law or anyone else searching for you, though they will not risk their lives for you.") (Also, the D&D Factbook log has been updated.)

Poremania | IC: Rolan looks around from where he stands at the mud huts and comments to his two companions. "This land of humans feels so familiar. I have never been here yet the destitute buildings remind me of Yizrad Mynach. However I'm curious of the stone building. Is the mystic in here? Do the folk of peoplesville know how the mystic looks? Would we even recognize him his if we see him!?. Rolen raises his chin up and turns towards the stone building. "I suggest we visit it at once as it may lead to a clue about the mystic. There's no time to waste!" There is a second of awkward silence as no one takes a step towards the building "Emm... Eh'heh. As a woodelf I actually never went inside a building made of stone and in all honesty I'm not impressed by it's masonry work. So Welya, could you take the lead?" OCC: I honestly don't know what to do here as of course I want to enter the building that is obvious apart of the main story line but I don't know how to make a decent sized post about "entering a building." Can I ask that you handhold us a bit more? Or at least assume that Welya is the leader of this party and both our characters are following her until specified otherwise? PS. Sorry for being inactive and not posting for five days. I just felt lazy. Also have to prepare somewhat for entrance exams for uni but that's no excuse because I was lazying around

The Jolly Smurftastic Community of Papa Schlumpf | *coughing* One of the dust bunnies in the corner of the region wakes up, emerges from in between his sleeping bunny comrades, slowly toddles towards the regional kitchen sink to fill a glass with water. Takes a sip and looks at the last post on the RMB. Scrolls back (almost 100 days) with eyes wide open Damn. About a year ago I was looking for an opportunity to play DnD in NationStates... OMG I would have loved to participate. Pulls a huge blackish two-handed battle axe, crested with skull symbols, out of its pocket My alter ego is a half-orc barbarian. cuts the air with a few aggressive swings But he got old and tired. stows his axe back with a sad face. Leaves gummibears and greetings for everyone on the kitchen table before taking his hat and going for a long walk in the park
National provinces | It's essentially dead. And I don't wish for this region to die as well. For where shall Nat Prov go if not the region she's spent so much time and effort working for, it's a swell region!

The Jolly Smurftastic Community of Papa Schlumpf | The postman throws a letter for National provinces through the regional kitchen window. not a last post for the region of course but probably for the DnD :. (. The region will hopefully continue playing as soon as you find one or two role-player again. Krork cowers on the ground leaning on a stone house labelled as Undertaker, which provides shadow for the aging Half-Orc. Absently chewing on veggies, he alternates between a dried up carrot in his right and an old and plain cabbage in his left hand. A dirty eye patch made of boar leather is tilt up and resting on his forehead above two small red but intact orcish eyes. He wears the patch to get used to the feeling to be only equiped with one eye in case he finally convinces himself to plug out one for the orc god Gruumsh. He is keen to get those superpowers which he might receive when he sacrifices his eye to the One Eyed God, as proof for his devotion and loyalty. However, considering the unattractive result of such an unpleasant procedure and his profound vanity, he just doesn't feel religious enough to hamper his prettiness yet. Moderate grunts and smacking is heard, as saliva imbued pieces of carrots drop of his big tusked mouth. He had arrived a few days ago with his old fishing vessel at the coast about 10 miles away. So he tried to make some extra money by smuggling some goods to a tropical paradise island in the south east. Some Eleven-Human Community called Godon and Somorach. He and his 3 man crew Juck, Borris and Snuut were imaging something debauch and sinful there, in a positively exiting way though. But they never reached it. The trip was planned for a week but it took several months until he touched mainland again far away from both their destination and home which is seated far away from Peoplesville South at the East Coast. It wasn't the most enjoyable trip he ever made. Not all. It was Krork who couldn't refrain to investigate the ware. Some white powder, triggering funny feelings in the crew when consumed. The ship got off course, catched fire, got carried away in several storms, and ended up in the nowhere of the vast ocean. With the fishing nets and the sails burned, their supplies got soon exhausted and their stomach desperately hungry. Juck: "...the Orc... He has still the most fat and meat... one arm of his alone can keep as alive for weeks." Juck and Borris backstabbed the doubtful Snuut when the orc was napping. However, slaughtering the latter in his sleep failed and their ears were closed towards all of Krorks conciliating words. So the orc took their lifes quickly. Krork sighs silently, before finishing his veggy snack. Truely, it wasn't an enjoyable trip. It was only when he had digested the last bone of poor Snuut, whom he grudgingly took last, that he finally whispered 'Land, ho!'. Money and a new crew he seeks now, to somehow get 'The Dashing Duck' back to sea. Krorks frozen face gets some life as a band of three people are approaching the Undertaker. They look different than the humans here. Foreigners like him. Somehow special. And the lady with golden hair is probably the prettiest thing he ever saw. But also the two meter elven chick isn't bad at all. And a knight sporting a fire-spitting dragon. Nice. He likes dragons. The orc lifts his weight on his feet, and a smile on his face, and saunders towards the group. "Welcome to Peoplesville. What brings you here? I'm Krorkbärt. May I offer my services?" "Hungry?" he asks as he pulls 3 more old and dirty carrots from his pocket.
The Lucky Blue Dance Festivals of Happy Thoughts | *A colorfully dressed gnome enters the region. From his wide sleeves, he pulls forth a bird made of golden flame. With an ear-splitting shriek, the bird flies high into the air, leaving a streak of prismatic feathers in its wake. As the bird attains a height of 40 meters up into the air, it bursts into radiant letters of glowing color.* These letters read, "Congratulations on being Today's featured region!!!" *The gnome bows and disappears into a puff of orange and red smoke.* Roll for initiative!!!
