Xavi doesn't answer for a few seconds, he taps his fingers on his desk, contemplating if he even wants to deal with a man as undignified, and insane as Hoszt. The report of the Makastan agents reaches Xavi however, and upon hearing it he answers Hoszt, but before Hoszt can say anything, Xavi speaks "Are you asking for the genocide of the Makastan people, oh glorious leader?" he asks dryly.

He seems awfuly normall compared to what would be expected. Though there is a very slight hint of age taht isn't useaully there
