Arguably the lack of support by SP to Milimuppet violated said treaty. IS or any anti SP nations would have a excuse to use it as propaganda to warn people about SP

My main reason for leaving SP was the lack of cohesion in SP and Kilimanca pretty much telling or suggesting Rheinmetall leave the war. Adding the face that Kilimanca wouldn't be punished for working against the alliance would have made SP look worse and add a additional reason for me to leave. We had no reason to expect the old Milimuppet government of being bad at the time.

With the promised 250 billion loan to Islaremistan being revoked the Midgari Empire is worried about the central banking of the Steel Powers. This brings into question the economic stability of every SP member if they can't afford a joint $250 billion loan to a member nation.
