| Scarsaw outpost bravo | Aww now, it's always nice to give the person the benefit of the doubt and try to offer possible (although sometimes far-fetched) reasons. I think what they mean when they say that the NS population is going down is that the ACTIVE population is decreasing, and, to be honest, I've been wondering the same thing. Maybe it's nostalgia speaking, but a few years ago RMBs and forums of large regions were non-stop active. There were only a few hours in the night where you wouldn't find someone on and it was common to have posts no older than 3 hours old. Now, we get sparks of activity, but nothing like the "good old days." Maybe that's because interests are changing and the old regions are falling, but new regions taking their place isn't coming to mind at the moment. NE's lucky to have stayed as strong as it did...we went though our own period of dead RMBs a few months ago, where our population dropped by 20-30 nations. It's amusing but if Laos didn't pull his stunt, I doubt we would have gotten our "second wind" as quickly.
