Komryadís Jembram's speech assures that this is simply what we describe as capitalism. The slaves will have enough money to buy basic necessities and live a life comparable to a middle class Indonesian. The work an average person in capitalism does, is what the slaves will do, but they will be owned by an respectable Indoinastani. Our technological advancement and welfare will attempt to make this as humane as possible, and attempt to convert them to communism. At which point they will be granted citizenship and be free to live. Our new education policies will attempt to make the break up of the employer and employee easier and try to make sure that the employer isn't too harsh on the employee and to make the employee accepting of Indoinastan once they are no longer a slave. We will have other laws to protect our employees from being harshly subjected by our employers. There is no reason to threaten us like this, if you aren't threatening Down Unian where even the slightest offense results getting harshly beaten up, and there is a totalitarian dictatorship unlike our council socialist democracy.

And for the non-slave capitalists, we have a quote from Komryadís Jembram that goes like this:
"There is nothing inhumane about massacring a bunch of capitalists, when their humanity has already been stripped away by capitalism"

Koxor also stands with Sidramye and requests Indoinastan to stop these human rights violations. If necessary, Koxor agrees to take in capitalist Indoinastani exiles if they are sent away from the country instead of enslaved. Koxor also agrees that Indoinastan's government is not as bad as Down Unian's, and pleads with Indoinastan not to fall to their level. Koxoriek diplomats assure Indoinastan that work is being done in Down Unian to stop rights violations there, and requests that Indoinastan does not provide another country for them to convert.

Indoinastan reminds Sidramye and Koxor that this is a temporary solution for the current ongoing riots by the capitalists, and this will end when the majority of capitalists have been converted to communism. You can take as much refugees as you want, as long as teh threat of capitalism stays very far away.

The Hagstonian Government releases a statement, siding with the Koxoriek and Sidram Governments, in the Condemnation of these acts of slavery with capitalist citizens.
"This is a clear exploitation of our fellow human beings. Slavery of this kind, in fact of any kind at all, is simply inacceptable. We call for the creation of a Human Rights Charter, that clearly outlines what is, and what is not acceptable in regards to the treatment of human beings universally."

A proposal for a LarAssembly General Council Meeting has been put forward to the nations of Laraniem.

Koxor accepts this offer and commends Hagston for siding with democracy. The Foreign Office has also come up with a draft for a LarAssembly bill explicitly banning the exploitation of human beings, and is shocked at Indoinastan and its allies for their clear breach of international law.

Kaonashia dismisses Koxor's concerns pointing out that Kaonashia has never agreed and will never agree to any sort of international law or treaty and that the only valid international treaty is the two last ones during the war. The Assamblea Espiritual also claims that authoritarianism is better for the happiness and wellbeing of citizens, additionally they claim that communism is much more empowering to the people than greedy capitalism.

The prime minister of Southern Hagstonia and Assamblea Espiritual of Kaonashia are happy to officially announce the creation of ferry lines and the possibility for commercial airflight between both territories as Kaonashia has decided to take a step back in Southern Hagstonia and let the economy return to a more liberal and private-owned economy with less state-intervention.

This was an agreement that occured last weekend in secret behind closed doors.

Income taxes will be lowered from 60% to only 15% meaning that many government services will be dismantled or scaled down, schools, healthcare, civilian protection and public transport will continue to be state-finansed though.

The government of Koxor condemns this decision and points out that the treaty that ended the war, as well as being unfair and containing unjustified demands, was not the only international treaty to have been passed. Kaonashia is reminded of the multiple LarAssembly proposals that have become law. Koxor also dismisses Kaonashia's claims that authoritarianism is a superior system as false, and asks them to cite the sources of their claim.

Kaonashian reminds Koxor that they do not take part in their corrupt debates in the hollow halls of LarAssembly marking that Kaonashian laws governs over Kaonashia and partially South Hagstonia, and not, Koxoriek, international or any other inferior law designed by corrupt outsiders discussing trivial subjects irrelevant to immortal supernatural beings such as Kaonashian spirits.

Appalled the Assamblea Espiritual points out that Kaonashia and its allies clearly are evidence that authoritarianism clearly works much better than the capitalism and extreme liberalism of Koxor and its allies.

  1. May I remind you of the line in the LarAssembly dispatch which says: "...you can't obey the resolutions you like and ignore the rest."?

  2. Please elaborate as to why Kaonashia is "evidence that authoritarianism clearly works much better than the capitalism and extreme liberalism of Koxor".

  3. Immortal... spirits...? Were you not the very person who wanted to ban OP roleplay?

  4. You seem to use the word "corrupt" a lot. Maybe get the right definition of that word before using it again! :)

GC CIR "Human Exploitation Act"

GC CIR
"Human Exploitation Act"

Outline:

Explicitly banning the exploitation of human beings.

Reasoning:

Multiple nations have been revealed to be using slavery and other forms of human exploitation to keep "order" in their society. This resolution aims to remove this clear breach of human rights from the world.

The General Council,

  • Defining "human exploitation" as deliberately forcing a person to work for no reward or appreciation,

  • Understanding that slavery is a horrible, inhumane and despicable practice that leaves people's lives and even minds in ruins,

  • Recognising that law and order must be kept within nations,

  • Condemning, however, the use of slavery to enforce these laws,

  • Appalled that governments, organisations that claim to act for the good of their people, are actively practising what is banned and condemned by human rights and even simple common sense,

  • Wanting to find a way to remove all forms of human exploitation from the world,

  • Hereby explicitly, legally and permanently bans human exploitation of any kind under any circumstances.

Koxor wrote:You're not capitalist, but you still have slavery. Did you just... invalidate your own point

Well, I stated before that we are introducing capitalism to our system. Here:

Indoinastan wrote:"Capitalism" has been introduced

Since so many people that lived in Capitalist Indoinastan are salty about the fall of their "free" nation, Indoinastan has decided to introduce a brand-new system, known as wage slavery to its communist nation. In this system, the capitalists will be owned by the sane people of Indoinastan and are considered property of their respective owners. The owners however have to pay the capitalists a minimum of $0.10 ruples a year in order to keep them as slaves. Instead of calling them slaves, we call the slaves as employee and the owner as employer. This is the nicest thing Indoinastan has done to capitalists, giving them a simulation of real life capitalism. The capitalists that are not slaves will be either sold to the black market or used as shooting targets for new military recruits.
