This 5-year plan also involves the expansion of the Red Army and recruiting new talented officers

bacicaly the IRL Molitrvo-Livtorv pact but you get Most of Lituanaia and Eastern Poland, i get Prussia and Memel and the rest of poland stays independant as a neutral buffer state, we also sign a NAP
