Nations of Heart, I would like to announce my candidacy for First Minister!
I will put time and effort into making Heart a better region, with three main policy goals:
Recruitment Reform In order to sustain Heart's awesome community, we need new nations who bring diverse and interesting experiences. The region-wide events we have are always more fun when more nations participate, and a democratic government is better when there are more nations with wider policy positions for voters to chose from. Reforming the recruitment process to make it more efficient and effective will be one of my most important policy goals.
The Organization of New Events for All Heart Citizens As First Minister, I will make it a priority to organize new and exciting events for Heart citizens to participate in, making our region more fun. This would include RolePlaying reform to make it more inclusive, a dedicated Ministry position solely for the purpose of coming up with new ideas for Heart, and much, much more.
A New Approach to the Union of Force As First Minister, another of my central priorities will be expanding Heart's influence and participation in the Union of Force, making your voices heard on the Federal level
Aside from these three main policies, I will make it the first concern of my administration to listen to you, the citizens of Heart. Your opinions will be what matters most in my decision-making, should I be elected. I have experience as the current Minister of Foreign Affairs of Heart and as Governor of Hyperion, so when I am elected First Minister I will be ready to hit the ground running and begin implementing your policies right away.

I am running for first minister to truly represent Heart. Hyperion officials like Xyrgistan have taken our Union do not allow them to take heart.
As a former FM of Heart and a long time represented of the nation, and the only person running so far who is from heart not another region, I quite frankly do not trust the other candidates to do what is best for us.

Your statement does not make sense. I am from Heart originally - it is the first region I ever joined. I became Governor of Hyperion because I wanted to help the Union and Heart. I am first and forever a citizen and servant of Heart. As I mentioned in my message, if I am elected First Minister, Heart will be my number one priority. If I am elected First Minister, foreign relations will be one of my top overall priorities, as I mentioned in my first message, so I would appoint a new Foreign Minister who could dedicate all their efforts to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If I were to keep the spot of Foreign Minister while being First Minister, I worry the Foreign Ministry would not get the attention it deserves because I would have to split my attention to it with other things. Additionally, I think it is really important to get new people with new, creative ideas into the government.
So, the short answer to your question is no, I would not keep my old job as Foreign Minister. I would appoint a new Foreign Minister who can fully focus on the needs of their Ministry.

Despite holding the very speaker of the house they have made little to no progress in increasing house activity and in fact a recent experiment ran by the Prime Minister May very well suggest that the UPP house members may not be even reading legislation proposed.
Furthermore the Federalist Party is the only one which has consistently developed and stood up for heart. Under Federalist The Scottish Republic Heart reached record highs, and under his leadership in the Union territories have become larger than the capital. Furthermore while Xyrgistan talks big game on the topic of foreign affairs heart only has the power to conduct foreign affairs due to my actions with the Scottish Republic. TSR and I led the movement which pressured the federal government to give Heart control over its foreign affairs.

ELYSIUM ELECTION PLATFORM Hello I’m Elysium, and I am running for First Minister. In this RMB I hope to lay out my key policies should I become First Minister. For those wondering why I am running it is because years of recruitment and cultural austerity from our regional government has ripped the Heart out of Heart, and I want to restore it.
Population The Most important issue to my campaign shall be increased recruitment within Heart. This is due to our small size and quite simply competent recruitment strategies will be the only thing which can bring us out of this activity depressions alongside culture policies.
• Lobby the federal government for support for recruitment using my house seat and my cabinet jobs, alongside working with the High Commissioner and Prime Minister. • Request formal support from the High Commission. • Revamp our recruitment telegram to make it more appealing, simple, and user friendly • Expand both manual and automatic recruitment, I plan to personally do manual recruitment over the summer and use the manual system to be able to follow up with interested people. • Explore a possible Recruitment Department and Secretary.
Political Reform While this election is a great example of the democracy we currently have, it could be better and I plan to make it better through the institution of various reforms.
• In order to make Hearts house more active I wish to hold more regular elections and decrease the size of the body in order to make its seats more competitive. • To make Heart’s house more proportional I wish to switch to a system of direct election via a party vote, make parties have to release an electoral list, and hold open primaries to decide the list. • Create transparency laws requiring newly elected First Ministers to release an agenda of what they plan to do every two weeks. • Amend the Heart Constitution to give members of the civil service a right to unionize • Reduce the size of the cabinet. • Encourage unionization within the civil service by personally meeting with them. • Create a petition system allowing for recalls, referendums, and citizens initiatives.
Basic Legislative Agenda A basic agenda of what laws I plan to propose to the House of Legislators
• Fixed Term Elections Act, creates official dates for regional elections. • Proportional House Act, changes Heart’s electoral system. • Transparency Act, creates various transparency laws. • Better Executive Act, reduces the cabinet size and redefines the jobs of various cabinet members • A More Direct Democracy Amendment, creates the recall referendum and citizens initiatives act. • Unionization Act, adds unto the bill of rights.
A More Cultural Heart Once we get new people we most keep them here, keep them engaged, and keep them in nationstates. As such I plan to perform a number of policies with the goal of will increase the cultural side of heart
• Reintroduce Heart RP on both discord and RMB. • Create daily questions in RMB like other regions, require cabinet members to respond. • Make more engaging polls. • Hold debate days, movie nights, music nights, and similar activities • Increase activity within the discord through channels which ascertain to people’s interest.
Using My House Seat To Lobby The Feds I plan to use my House seat to more directly lobby for Heart interest within the federal government. While I already do this as seen by me standing up against other representatives who wanted to make Heart no longer a state, as First Minister I would have a stronger mandate and more respectable position in doing this.

Elysium may have a "record of success," if you consider leaving office with a failing region that had lost most of its population a success, but what Heart needs right now is change! That's right; no more of the actual establishment party which attempts to wrestle power out of your hands and place it instead in Federal officials you didn't even fully elect! Instead, I will work with the Federal House of Representatives to give YOU, the People, the power over how our region is governed. I will institute an elected Citizen's Council to advise me on what the most pressing matters of the day are, and finally get our new Constitution approved by the High Court so we can actually have an elected legislature.
Say no to Federal representatives who want to control our every action. Say no to a First Minister candidate who is willing to lie about their opponents in order to get power. Vote for change. Vote for progress. Vote Xyrgistan!
