I think Wisteria and Surrounding Territories has a plan, but I have some ideas as well, in case they're needed.

Try to see how fast you can switch between alts. Maybe make a few extra for more nukes.

At the beginning, we should build shields to be sure that we don't get bombed right away. If we do nuke anybody, we nuke smaller factions that haven't joined us first.

Yep. Considering there's a lot of us, and there's different roles, I think we should start stockpiling at the beginning, some build nukes and some build shields, and some of them go to the faction shield bank. Shield people should be on the lookout for targets on our faction, and be ready to defend them, and at some point, we can attack small factions one by one, and try our best to survive.

I think the plan should be: Military and Intel specialists build nukes, and Economic and Strategic specialists build shields.
