Hey folks, friendly reminder that claims should be accompanied by tagging me! This isn't a big deal right now because there's nothing else going on here, but once this chat gets active, if I'm not tagged I'm more likely to miss something.

Good question. There's a reason we set this up, but it's not really my announcement to make, so... it's a mysterious "coming soon!" feature and we're building dramatic suspense!

The Federation of Aerlanica

Well, I might as well be the first to post an RP here.

Like the previous war RPs there is some content that may be disturbing and discretion is advised

Between the LawithonIan troops "hot drop" into the nation, the Sparanoda T.I.R. troops, the reinforcements from Aerlanica, the troops from Revolyutsiya and the work of Empress Vara of Tyramon with her troops, cracks begin to form in the NAP lines and in the soldiers themselves. The gunfire seems more reserved, the assaults, more cautious. Any self respecting commander would notice a lack of munitions on the NAP and would draw conclusions; the NAP are reaching the end of their supplies.

The Signatories (and friends) push further on the NAP as their lines begin to slowly recede.

Raynesville

General Vance, now Emperor Vance, looked out over the city, and gave a slight chuckle. Raynesville and the surrounding towns housed quite a lot of greenhouses as well as a handful research facilities. Unlike his predecessor, Arnold Harrison, he was not hesitant, nor adverse, to use technology or research. He had the industry to wage a war and the research to advance his technology.

Order was being brutally imposed; only those loyal or impartial to the NAP were treated like humans, the others (especially the ethnic Roodems) were slaves and nothing more than slaves.

However, the chance for an armed uprising was still...present. He needed to ensure that everyone was monitored, that everyone stayed exactly where he wanted them to. He turned to an officer of his.
"Set up a signal tower in the middle of each settlement and make it broadcast a signal. Inject everyone with chips that track them, but also cause discomfort if they go out of range of the signal."
The officer took a few hesitant steps forward.
"Making that many microchips will take a few weeks of work if we are to chip the slaves."
Emperor Vance turned to look back at them.
"Until we can chip them," Vance spat, "Collar them like the dogs they are."
The Officer nodded.

Meanwhile in a place elsewhere.

Harold Vence clambered up the Verdant hillside, the sun was just rising where the famed explorer and researcher was, and it bathed the frost covered ground with a golden light.
"Come Mr Darcy," he declared, "I believe we have almost reached our destination; a new adventure awaits!"
"Mr Harold, I must inform you, I was happy staying near the ocean," his Aerlanican companion replied, "it's nice swimming in it."
Harold Vence stopped briefly and turned around.
"Come on Man," he said, "If we stayed in one place we'd be terrible adventurers would we not?"
Darcy shrugged.
"I guess so."
"Here, we almost are at the summit."
Harold Vence, with the help from his staff, reached the crest of the hill as he gazed down on an overgrown cityscape below him. Several buildings were collapsed while the rest were dilapidated, and many makeshift structures were present in between them.
"There it is," Harold Vence said, "The Jewel of Mother Anarchy, home of the self declared Wild awesome people; New Francisco."

????, Raynesville

In an isolated corner of Raynesville well away from prying eyes, a certain NAP goon that got possessed by a demon in my last non-filler RP post prior to moving the RP to this rmb sets up shop and draws a circle of demonic runes on the ground before summoning a portal to the Twisting Nether (https://wow.gamepedia.com/Twisting_Nether) in the center of the circle, the runes acting to stabilize the portal and keep it open. "Ah. This will make a fine base of operations." exclaims a demon upon emerging from the portal. The spot they chose is some random farm house in the middle of nowhere. Prior to the portal being summoned, the demon-possessed NAP goon slaughtered everyone in the house so no one could witness the portal's opening. Immediately after the portal opens, the demon-possessed NAP goon drops dead as the demon no longer has a use for him.
Within a few minutes demons take up the guise of the house's former inhabitants, destroy the dead bodies, and hide the portal so that if the NAP does a surprise inspection, they would find nothing out of the ordinary. At the same time, a few more NAP personnel get possessed and have their souls thrown into the Twisting Nether while some of the more weak-willed NAP leaders start hearing strange whispers. The DDR's new plans are now in motion and the NAP, willingly or not, are slowly becoming pawns in said plans...
