Over the years that I have been playing this game, I've had quite a few regions, and I made several at various times my main region.

Currently 0000 is considered my home region, even though Ancient Lands, United States of America and various other regions are contenders too, even though they have issues that they have inherited. Using United States of America as my main region would not go over very well with my many regions that are not in that country, even though I have had that region since May 2003 as my main region.

This is one of my many Matrix Regions (they accept embassy offers).

I don't think palm oil will do. We would have to import that from Japan.

Well I have all but some pieces of poket lint and maybe a single silver coin. Would that do as payment?

I'm sure with enough pocket lint, we can make something from that, or we can export it to Ethiopia to one of their famous pocket lint textile plants.
Silver coins are accepted anywhere that gold is accepted.
I cannot say how long it will take to fill your order, thou. Whale oil is just not all that a common of a product these days. LOL
