Raids are the part of this game I don’t like, but if they have to play don’t you think that conquering largely abandoned regions is less bad that attacking a region whose founder has given up on NationStates?

Dyslimbia is our largest nation with a population of 18.8 billion. That’s in the top 5% in NationStates.

The founder ceased to exist for a day or two by mistake.

This nation ceased to exist for a long time and it wasn’t by mistake

Now it’s possible to revive some old names as long as they weren’t too big and have be3n dormant at least five years. I’ve got enough puppets as it is without getting into that.

Here are the rules:

Under the proposed rules, a name would be available for re-use unless the former owner:
is:

1. active
2. ceased to exist less than 5 years ago
3. accumulated a population of 500 million or more (changed from 250 million in Spring 2013)
4. founded an existing region
5. is mentioned in the History of an existing region
6. authored or was the subject of a WA resolution (incl. Historical ones)
7. authored an Issue
8. was a moderator or admin
9. was deleted by a mod
10. is marked by a Game Mod as reserved blocked from being reused

Ayooo everyone! I'm trying to settle on what flag I want.... I changed it back to my original design. Does it seem too hectic?

This is the flag I’ve always had it’s from Guadeloupe
