|The Republic of Qui Latine|
New: A detailed history of Qabli, a state in Qui Latine:
The Village-State of Qabli
History: The village-state of Qabli is like a city but decentralized over a large area, the tribespeople living in the city believe in a sort of referendum for their independence when they say the " government will stop serving their people ". Qabli has been an important trade stop even before it came to be a village, with merchants selling goods ranging from salt to honey through a call of two massive mountain ranges which happen to end here. Time and time again caravans came through, dropping off one or more people to settle the area, and yet nothing really came of it. Each time a person was dropped off, they were engulfed by a sand storm close to a week later, oddly enough it started to gain momentum. More and more people settled in the area, the sandstorms became less frequent, and the people living there began to produce earthenware goods and mined salt to preserve their food. Water was still a problem, in the middle of the salt flats they couldn't do a thing for water, some even prayed the water started coming back like it had been there many many years ago.
A solution to the water problem: A total of 2 million people ( that live in the village state at that time ) began an effort to get water to the city, the largest sources being a lake on top of a plateau 13 kilometers west of the city, and the ocean which was just too far away (216 kilometers). Plans for an aqueduct were laid out and carried out over the course of two years, with marble being important and carried over by horses, it took a long time before another shipment would come in. The aqueduct went across the entire 13-kilometer distance and ended flowing into 3 separate reservoirs which then further flowed into canals that went around important streets. Water was then scooped up by the wife in the family and taken back in a bucket to the rest of the family, making for a reliable source of water year-round. The flooding could have been a real problem if they didn't add separate canals to flow out into three man-made lakes. In entirety, the project took the people a staggering 10 years to get the aqueduct system available to all parts of the settlement, as well as protect the system from weathering and damage.
1400's: As the year 1400 passed the population had grown to 3.2 million, and the people had found life as a state in the growing Qui latine Monarchy that had risen in the area. Qui Latine had a serious war with a neighboring country that sold leather all over the desert, for that monopoly, the state was willing to fight. Qabli fielded 4,000 light infantry to fight to protect the western flank (which would open up Qabli to the invasion) in an act of desperation. Qui Latine signed peace after 2 years of fighting, the leather making states of the tribal nation (daesai) were given to Qui Latine. The 4,000 soldiers of the Qabli fought the Daesai 4 times during the war returning with 2,500 veteran troops. In total, they won battles against 10,000 soldiers (much less in each instance). In return, the government moved 2 tanneries to The Village-state of Qabli, which brought in good leather for an expanding military operation.
The state began to fund a large capital city, with sandstone buildings and such, 3 stories tall at most. A billion duchets in today's money went to the construction, each Qablean made an effort towards the city, and each family got something close to their contribution in homes and farms in the new capital of 'Meil' pronounced 'Mae-ll'. In the city Steel production rose drastically, and by the year 1460, the city had a population of a million by itself, with the rest of the state at 4.6 million. The current ruler of Qui Latine visited the city in May of that year. Maebem (the state's governor) met with Corro pronounced 'Coe-hoe' (the monarch of Qui Latine from 1422-1486) in the Qabil Palace. They spoke for several hours until Corro said some of the most famous words that had been spoken in Qabil (which still are the most famous in the state). Those were:
"The Vulture, he picks up from where the lion was hungry. The lion had stalked the gazelle for 2 hours and ate a significant amount of the gazelle. You are much like the Lion Maebem, and I am like the vulture, I need this state to thrive, and you do great things alone. The state of Sahra Alnn is famous for the military, and probably will always be, but you will be remembered for commerce and discipline."
Maebem died in the year 1470, and he ushered in a man of trade named Tosco. The remaining years of the 15th century benefitted trade, though the population found a resting spot for the rest of the century. The only notable event of the last 30 years of the 15th century was the crowning ceremony of Tosco. Remembered as the 'golden, silent and whispering years', it meant a surge of exports and gold into the populace's pockets.
1500's, 1600's and 1700's: As Qui Latine grew, so did the state of Sahra Alnn, it began to encircle the state of Qabli. Each year it seemed more and more land went to them, nothing for the most economically important state in Qui Latine, it meant the leaders would have to speak once again, but not as friendly words being exchanged. Guard journals from the 16th century say "The lion finally asked the vulture for its meal back.". From 1510-1530 land concessions were made it Qabli, increasing the size by 120%, while the state of Sahra Alnn shrunk 20%. They labeled this period the "Lion prowling", for the power Qabli exerted over Qui latine and it's leader, leading it to become corrupt. The next 70 years were increasingly less important, with Qabli losing seats in the parliament (which only existed until 1620), and 2 leaders dying in the process.
Once the 17th Century had begun, Qabli's population grew to 9 million, 45,000 of which were now conscripted to the army. A man named Tosco II took power for the entire 100 year period, he lived till 80, but it seemed the following leader followed his policy to the letter. Most importantly a vote was held in parliament to make Qabli the capital state of Qui Latine. The vote leaned towards not to, having Sahra Alnn keep the power, though it wasn't directly affecting the state, it made the Qabli populace feel left out. 20 years in, the parliament dissolved, making room for an authoritarian regime that lasts till today. The ruler is chosen by a single military game, with either side receiving actual regiments of men and putting 10,000 lives into the decision. Whoever came on top ruled for life, where it would take place again. The 18th century was rather uneventful.
1900's: After the 19th century of industrialization, the world was bracing for a world war, which one came shortly. The 20th century was significantly beneficial to Qabli and the entire Qui latinean government in general. The world had been concerned with something else for a while, which allow them to do something under the shadow of another war. During the 10' and 20's a massive amount was poured into the military, with 200,000 Qablean troops trained and ready. They were divided into 3 fields, air, tanks, and infantry. Myrodrath had been a problem for the state for a while, literally building onto their already existing aqueduct to steal water from the plateau. Qui Latine made a move finally, making multiple military operations into Myrodrath. Due to the world war going on, no-one intervened, and small bits of territory were taken and given to the state of Qabli. A list of rules was also set for the water supply on the plateau, most of which saying that Myrodrath shouldn't consider it one of their meddling grounds, painting them as a disgusting aggressive country.
Once the war ended in 1932 (started in 1930) Qabli saw a change in Qui latine. Shifting from a free market to a more state-run economy, where the government began building a factory after factory creating a lot of smog in the state. The environment during the era suffered greatly, seeing the deserts it did before the irrigation supplied by the canals. The era of "devil faces staring from the sand" lasted until 1950. With a new administration under 'Khaled Byn Corro' focused on repairing the environment came into play. Factories were regulated for another 71 years to make sure not too much grey went into the skies of Qabli. Population and economy suffered until the year 2000, going down to 7 million for the time being. The economy also dropped below 130 billion duchets a year (260 billion duchets today).
Modern day: Today the state has a population of 21 million, now the capital state of Qui Latine, more legislature took place in Qabli Palace, and a new era of peace was ushered in. the GDP of the state rose to 320 billion. Earthenware, salt, and honey saw more production due to the government-mandated "cultural market", and the favorite foods started to become more traditional and were cooked as they were long ago. A military of 1 million people is stationed as defense forces around the border, and people are checked thoroughly before they are let in to live among the other Qableans. Finally, the state saw a steady growth that didn't change drastically every year, and a population that was always rising, never declining.

Nuclear Power Plant to Open
With 2021 beginning, some things are closer than ever. Especially the planned commission of the Kasat Atomics Facility, with the plant going into commission on February 2nd of this year. Owned by Opost Energy, the nuclear power plant is called a step into the future of nuclear energy. The nuclear plant has already received approval from the Atomic Energy Commission. The nuclear power plant is expected to provide power to the eastern Unified Kalvat Metropolitan Area and nearby towns.
However, protests have come from politicians and tree-loving hippies. As following the unfortunate Jeseko Disaster in Kentalis, many are questioning the safety of the nuclear power plant. While no demonstrators have showed up to the construction site, Opost Energy have contracted the PMC Fralgaffal. Opost Energy has already assured the public that this is the safest nuclear power plant in the world, and will always be thanks to the hardwork of the Savet University's nuclear scientists. Stay tuned for February 2 as the future of nuclear power will be open and show itself to the world.

Gassasinian Prime Minister reacts to Terror Attack in Abjekistan.
Opposition and Conservative Party leader Maroun Anastas MP also followed through with the condemnations, denouncing the attacks as "unjustifiable". In his social media post, Mr. Anastas took the opportunity to express concerns that the attack could be used as an excuse to further compound Gassasinia's already "questionable and suffocating censorship and surveillance laws." He also criticised the deputy prime minister, claiming that he had made irresponsible presumptions about the perpetrator of the attacks before any details could be reliably confirmed.

This is why nobody will remember your nation's name or culture. Latvia and Saaremaa will fall to Degeneracy and moral corruption. Only the weak defend the unnatural and allow it to decay the very core of its society. We don't pity your country but rather expect that it will fall to inferiority. Your government can make whatever excuse it likes to justify the sick, but we again say, you reap what you sow.
