As per the Charter of the International Assembly, the presented proposals underwent 48 hours of voting between the 2md and 4th of November, any votes outside of these hours will be counted as "not present". A draft-resolution must receive more than 51% of all member nations votes to reach quorum, and receive at least 66% support by all present member nations to pass as a 'Resolution' of the International Assembly.
