In order to have one of your puppets that have been DEATed by a mod revived, you must go through one year without breaking any site rules, and the DEATed nation in question must have been deleted for 3 years, in which then you must make an appeal to the mods explaining your reason as to why you believe your DEATed puppet should be revived. If the mods deem you truly have changed throughout the course of your history, they may consider reviving your puppet. However, if your appeal is rejected, you must wait another 3 years to make another appeal. Only 1 puppet may ever be allowed to be revived.
