Toyoda Group
“Creating a Future for Everyone”

Toyoda is a global conglomerate of numerous corporations based in Myehn, but has factories and offices around the globe. It was founded in 1934 by Totoy Sakuda, in his hometown of Nangoya where it is still headquartered to this day. Toyoda manufactures vehicles, handles more than 60% of Myehn’s energy and is a big player in finance. Recently, Toyoda has been known to be working on AI and humanoid mechanized vehicles which has fallen under controversy for its potential military uses. They have also been testing fusion reactors and other sources of energy. The three largest and most powerful companies have been called the Three Pillars. These companies have a lot of power and influence within the Group, and they always come out top during the financial reports for the Group. The Three Pillars consist of Toyoda Heavy Industries, Toyoda United Financial Group, and Toyoda Corporation. These pillars support the group in every conceivable way, from financing to manpower, and make up a bulk of the group’s shares. Most of the companies that are currently in the Toyoda group used to be a part of the Toyoda corporation, until Myehnese anti-monopoly forced the company to break up into smaller parts.

Toyoda’s industrial sector pioneers engineering, and has holdings and factories around the world. The largest and most powerful of these group is Toyoda Heavy Industries, one of the Three Pillars in the group. Just like with TUFG and Toyoda Corpoation, all three used to be a part of the greater Toyoda corporation until the Myehnese government stepped in with its anti monopoly laws in 1978. While Toyoda Heavy Industries enjoys a monopoly on most heavy machinery inside the group, it is important to note that outside of the group, companies like Honda and Kalgan Shipbuilding give even the mighty Toyoda Heavy Industries a run for it’s money. This company also produces military equipment for the Myehnese military, such as their MBTs

Toyoda Group’s financial sector has some of Myehn’s leading banks, and some of the biggest in the world. The biggest company in this sector is Toyoda United Financial Group. This is company is one of the Three Pillars in the Toyoda Group. Just like the other companies, TUFG used to be a part of the greater Toyoda corporation, until Myehnese anti monopoly laws split it up into the many separate companies it is now. TUFG has its origins in 1894, when Sakamoto Mikasa created the Katsubusi Banking Company. Over time, that company grew, and it was eventually purchased by Totoy Sakuda and became the financial industry for Toyoda. While the company is large, it faces competition from other companies, such as Chise Holdings, and even from inside the group from smaller more localized companies scattered around the many islands of Myehn

The Toyoda Group has security contractors which serve as security for every single company in the Group. It’s name is Komainu. Group companies are provided a discount on their services. However, their actions aren’t limited to inside the Group, and they offer contractors to anybody willing to pay for them. Their contractors are some of the most well equipped soldiers in the world, as they receive their inventory directly from the companies in the Group, who use these items also as payment. Despite this, they aren’t a company under a group, more so a part of the group itself as a whole, and thus the money it receives is used solely for the maintenance and upkeep of their equipment and paying its members.

Same thing that I just said to AmeriCo but this would be considered highly illegal by the main RP of Valsora. Not that it would be impossible, Breath has dragons, Dane has literal gods sometimes, and I on occasion have vampires.

Liberatarianism wrote:Apparently I can use CRISPR to make horrifying mutants that defy nature on Valsora. Who wants to come to AmeriCo to hunt them for sport?

I’m sure someone has already said this but don’t be surprised if not many people respond to this, as fantasy elements are not the “mainstay” of Valsora and would (main RP-wise) probably be considered illegal by Cartos.

Also sorry if this has already been said, I just got home off work.

Regatunii wrote:Same thing that I just said to AmeriCo but this would be considered highly illegal by the main RP of Valsora. Not that it would be impossible, Breath has dragons, Dane has literal gods sometimes, and I on occasion have vampires.
I’m sure someone has already said this but don’t be surprised if not many people respond to this, as fantasy elements are not the “mainstay” of Valsora and would (main RP-wise) probably be considered illegal by Cartos.

Also sorry if this has already been said, I just got home off work.

Manager's Daily Notes

Dear friends,

It is with a heavy heart that I must give to you the worst news I ever imagined that I would give you. We have managed to do so much in only four months: we began with 200 bank and are now worth almost 15k and are firmly in the top 200 in NS for Cards. More important than that, we have created an amazing community. It breaks my heart to say this, but it seems that our journey in the world of NS Cards has seemingly come to an ignoble end.

Earlier today, I noticed several nations making plays against us, but was masterfully able to prevent them from causing too much damage, if anything their attack actually helped us, but that was just the opening salvo from a malicious actor, a nation known as New Makasta. Apparently, New Makasta hates inflaters, has a huge chip on his shoulder, and being one of the site's biggest script farmers, has more than enough TCP/bank to burn. When I began inflating the card of a puppet of his, it was all the excuse he needed to launch an all-out attack, there was no warning, no chance for negotiation, once we were in his crosshairs, he decided he would take everything, simply because he could, because it's fun.

But do not worry, as I write this, your shares are safe... for now. But New Makasta has suddenly manifested huge numbers of copies of most of our most valuable cards, and I'm running out of TCP to stop his attacks. The enemy is at the gates, and soon, I'll be all out of bullets, and when that happens, our top cards will assuredly be heisted and completely devalued. It hasn't happened yet, but it's only a matter of time. He's not only targeting our cards, he's also interfering in auctions for new cards too, even cards I wasn't planning to inflate.

That is why I am heavily recommending that you each withdraw your entire stake as soon as possible. It is the only way to protect you that I can think of. Because most of our 14k bank is tied up in inflated cards, I will have to give you some of the endangered cards if you do decide to withdraw your shares. To make it fair, I will use a random number generator to determine who gets what cards, most of them are worth 10 or 25 anyway.

Notice that I am not forcing you to withdraw your stakes, it is completely voluntary, but I cannot stress enough just how much danger we are in here. If anyone were to lose even a quarter of their current stake because of me, the guilt would be absolutely horrible. This is not what I ever wanted to happen, and I am so sorry that it did. It is my best guess that, once your shares are out of the fund and that the Fund no longer has a plurality in most of the cards he's targeting, that New Makasta will hold off the attack and you will be able to sell the cards for near their current value. That with the Fund no longer holding so many of them, that he will have no reason to target them.

Please withdraw your stakes soon, if you hesitate, they may devalue very quickly. I recommend brushing up on what the Fund's Charter says on the subject before putting in your withdrawal order. I will be making this same announcement on the Discord and will be sending all of you a telegram to make sure you read this notice.

Thank you for everything,

Mingo, aka Zalora-Bravo
