Results are in for the Industrial Region. In a turn of events that’s no shock to anybody, the most leftist side of the country has voted for the Progressives. Hassler, Mötz, and Talleblau have all voted for Brandt. Giving the Progressives 154 more electoral votes and putting them far ahead of the Conservatives. Öber also went for the progressives.

Results for the southern region will be in soon and will determine the Victor.

I mean it wasn’t really a purge. The detective may be dead. (I will make sure of that)
So it just says movie references are mentioned in court. Even tho I do not have a judicial system in my country nor a prison system. (The *Rehabilitation camps* and the Gulags do not count)

The results for the south are in. Grußen and Kennone went for the Conservatives. Tryole went to the Progressives. The conservatives sit on 167 votes, while the progressives have 309. This means that Joseph Brandt will be the next leader of the nation, and the republic will be shaped in his vision in these beginning years.

OOC: I’m probably gonna take a while to respond to this one. In part because I am in my car, using my phone to type my responses, which tends to degrade the quality. But also because I want to go back through my posts about Elena and re-read then. I combined the two to give Tanya a more distinct personality, but so far I think that’s been lacking.

Instituto de Investigaciones Especiales

The Instituto de Investigaciones Especiales, founded first as a private organization, is a state and governmental scientific research team consisting of scientists and laboratory research teams, it is dedicated to the research of distinct entities with "Unique" factors that make them necessary for research. Formerly being a private organization, it has now been nationalized by the new government of the Altusian National State, and is expected to perform their scientific research and discovery of new things pretty well.

Sections:

Directory:

The Directory, known as El Directorio, is the most important section of the Institute. Although it isn't very much a "Section", it is a hierarchy that runs and commands the entire Institute from Director Alpha to Director Hotel.

Research Section:

The Research Section is a section dedicated to study, investigate and research entities that are either important or considered having "Unique" and "Strange" factors. Most of the research is investigation of odd objects and research for new technology. Sometimes they conduct experiments, few dangerous, but all supposedly non-lethal.

Defense and Security Section:

The Defense and Security Section is a section that consists of armed security forces with their missions to protect all IIE sectors bases and their minor sectors inside. Sometimes they are considered as the Institute's own military, most of it's military equipment are lend leased by national governments and military of San Sierra and Chile-Paraguay.

Medical Section:

Sometimes called Life Support Section, the Medical Section is a section of emergency hospitals and private clinics for injured scientists and security personnel, they are mostly active when an experiment results in a lethal mistake or incident or if there's an outbreak, most likely to be caused by experiments gone wrong.
