The underground catacombs and facilities for the Occultists would've been finished as Bingen architects styled it with large and intricate symbol carved into the wall and the floor, The symbols of various pagan gods and goddesses, but of all things the largest symbols of all was the one bearing the mark of the Ahnenerbe. The room was filled with incense smoke, herbs and other strange smells, It was here that the Bingen used to conduct rituals. Rituals designed specifically for the purpose of awakening and worshiping the Gem. Many had gone to work as they tried to bring online equipment back online before testing it on humans or anything else they considered worthwhile in their research and attempts to understand the phenomenon that was occurring. Some personnel had come to the conclusions that the Gem was dangerous, though they never said they believed it was evil. As soon as any technology could begin making a connection with the Gem, The Occultists would rush to bring forth their vessel with the device. They called it 'Possession', It was an unfortunate fact, but it's reality, That they were continuing to make more of these 'vessels' from their studies concerning the Neko genetic modifications; The Occultists were using this knowledge as their way to control and find less than willing subjects to interact with the artifact; To study it and attempt to learn the secrets and mysteries that surrounded it. Sending their human specimens down into the catacomb below, and waiting for one to survive the test; To determine whether the gemstone possessed enough power to cause harm to its possessor.
