I am quite interested in Indie Lovers question. I think we must decide what affiliation Atlantis has. I know that a few of our members are defenders, and I am pretty sure none of our members are raiders. Therefore, I conclude we are either neutral or defender. Since we do not actively defend, I would say we are neutral. The negative side (or it could be negative) would be that Raiders would have equal rights here.

Well, as a Member of the FRA I wouldn't say we are neutral.

And as a possible future senator in XKI (that's where my main nation is) I say do as you want. I won't force our ways on you.

Well, nobody is really forcing their ways on me. I am in the FRA Regional Assembly, so I'm not exactly neutral. It's just difficult to decide, because TBH are some of the better organized and more classy raiders out there.

It hasn't been officially submitted. The author is making changes to it to make it well-written, and wants input. It's on the NS forums.

i whole heartedly disagree.
They are scavengers who dont have a proper empire because if they tried to have one, they'd fail to hold any region they capture.
re-founding regions out of spite & capturing a region then leaving it is the laziest and most cowardly way to go about your business.
